If you have 200 in your account you will get insurance money of 200 only. 2. If you have greater than 5 lakh be it 6 lakh Or 50 lakh you will get " upto 5 lakh" only as an insurance. Previously savings account insurance upto 1 lakh only but presently increased the insurance money upto 5 lakh.

Didi ka confidence kya hain.. I worked for Citibank in 2006 to 2007 and later as sme 2008 till 2013. Pan card for 50k rule was always there on or before 2006. There r still nationalized bank which dnt follow rule, take pancard for 50k txn. Did ne feyka yeh surprising nahi lekin jo Confidence se bola 😂😂😂
Thank you - for point no 3- I have some banks where I had opened the bank account as was in transferable job --and I have never gone again to that place after I got transferred from that place -- one place I tried to close the account in the bank but believe me it was not easy 😢😢 the number of things the PSU bank asked me made to go back home and till today the bank account is still open with Rs1000/- in it. This is a really BIG a problem specially when you have joint account - Hope this link helps me

@@KalakRiti211 if u get the interest exceeding rs. 40000 in a year then bank is liable to deduct tds @10% that tds amount is setoff against your tax liablilty and if your tax liabilty is less then u will get a refund of the tds amount But your interest income upto rs.10000 in a year is exempt from tax only.

Submit income tax return even if u don't earn anything it will help in creating credit score and get loan easily but be careful because u won't be able to get any scholarship,aor any govt scheme money

No that 40000 limit is for tds deduction nor for exempt interest limit

Just Open a fd with any bank and get credit card on that. For example You can get ICICI bank credit card for as low as 10000 fixed deposit.
