Hello Camodo. One way to set the kitchen on fire is by putting a cardboard box on the gas stove.
You can find it on the shelf along with all the ingredients.

If you want the restaurant to catch on fire, go to the box where you order everything and under the utensils tab you should see a blowtorch. Self explanatory from there!
