I definitely know how you feel, I can't find this Learning Company game with a mushroom where ants lived and a xylophone on the main map, I will be soooo happy once I find it!!
When looking for this game I first found Midnight Rescue, which had the exact atmosphere I remembered this game having, except there was no TV robot that I vividly remember. That's when this video popped up. I must have played both Midnight Rescue and this game but got them mixed up as the same game, because I vividly remember the atmosphere of Midnight Rescue, but also the specifics of this game, and I thought I only played one game like this.
I loved this game, but I was so bad at it! I think I was just a little too young for it! I remember the live wire scaring me as a kid, and I once got trapped in a corner by Telly...I had no energy, so I could only keep jumping while he kept throwing CDs...I lost the standoff. =(
I thought I was going crazy because I knew I had the Windows version of this game. All I could find online were mentions and videos of the DOS version. Thanks for confirming what I knew :P
I can't believe I somehow remembered this game lol. I initially thought it was keen commander, but ended up blurting it out at random and was like "SUPER SOLVERS!" and here I am now reliving one of my childhood games Haha.
I noticed that when you first enter the TV station there is a security guard sleeping at the front desk at 1:30 to be fair the Super Solver, could just wake him up and tell him what is going on and he will search all the rooms to find Morty Maxwell, but then again that would make things to easy.
The security guard is actually supposed to be the one who has called police (the Super Solver is supposed to be a police officer, that's why like in Midnight Rescue, he wears the attire of a classic portrayal of a detective) because the police are more trained to stop people like Morty Maxwell. In Midnight Rescue, the reason Morty Maxwell is disguised as one of the robots is because he's trying to do something that could have him arrested (he has come into a school where he doesn't belong and is trying to paint it invisible), and the player is supposed to be a police officer trying to catch and arrest Morty Maxwell.

I remember playing a dos version of the game where both the sound blaster and the pc bleeper were available. Same soundtrack as the windows version, but same graphics as the dos version. Where can I find it?
I had tried to explain this game to my partner only to be unsure what the game was. I tried again last night, and realized the Wikipedia page for this game hit every beat that my brain could remember. Good job on the video, it confirmed all the voices I could recall. But did you turn off the music? 😢
I didn't know there was a Windows version of this game, I've only ever played the DOS version, you know, basic 16 colour graphics and PC Speaker sounds. I like the Master Of Mischief's introduction and him calling Telly a glorified radio.
+Lachlant1984 There is music I had sometimes! The Window 95 computer that I still have has music. But now I am trying to find it. It has gone missing hope I find it soon.
I remember playing a dos version of this game that had the exact some soundtrack, with the option of sound blaster or pc speaker (beeper) but now I can't find it. When it look up the dos version, I find one with a different soundtrack and no option for sound blaster. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
Hello! This game I played as a child, and I would like to do it again. I searched and only found the ms-dos version to download. Do you know where you could download the same version that you have? Thank you
I am looking for a rare version of the game Super Solvers Outnumbered! To be clear, I am not talking about the original 1990 version, and I am not talking about the 1995 remake that was done for windows. I am specifically looking for the 1993 version. It's dos based and it has the same graphics as the 1990 version, but it has the music from the 1995 version and has a sound blaster option available. I have been searching the internet high and low to see if there is anywhere I can download it or buy it. If anyone knows what I am talking about, please help me.
I hope I can find my missing CD I am looking to play this Outnumbered game again. I have not beaten it before! If I need to buy another one will it be available for E bay?
If this game were re-released, I hope they would not portray Telly with antenna on top (also called rabbit ears) and I also hope that Telly would look like a modern day flat TV. If this is supposed to be a broadcast TV station, I hope they would replace the cartoon room with something else because today's broadcast stations don't have cartoons anymore, those are only seen on networks dedicated to that genre. I also hope they would replace the pictures in the patterns part of this game that are outdated (such as TV antenna also called rabbit ears, a CRT TV). Also, I would want the VHS tapes that are subjects of problems in the cartoon room to be removed, because those are outdated technology.
Man, after years I finally found this game . Played this as a child. You don't wanna know how happy i am right now, lol.

This looks like a remake of the version I remember, lol.

I loved this game as a kid. I played it to death
1:03 Morty Maxwell: Yeow!! Not at me, you glorified radio! At the Super Solver! Now get out there and patrol the halls!
I loved this game, but I was so bad at it! I think I was just a little too young for it!

This game isn't bad, but it takes a lot of patience and practice to find Morty Maxwell at the Shady Glen Television Station these days.
I thought I was going crazy because I knew I had the Windows version of this game. All I could find online were mentions and videos of the DOS version. Thanks for confirming what I knew :P
Same.
OMG same! The DOS one is uglier ;)
Who voices Morty Maxwell?
There was a Windows version? Looks and sounds better than the DOS version!

Comander-keen 😊.
one of the first games i played
Where's the music on the title screen. Can't Complete the nostalgia without it
Unfortunately the music didn't seem to work for some reason. I'll have a look and see what the problem is when I get a chance.
Very good job fellows!! Congratulations y'all. You don't wanna know how happy i am right now!!!!!!

I hate the sound livewire makes
2:40 Livewire screeching sounds like Jonah Jameson wheezing laughter.
Can anybody guess why at 3:01 I was always reminded of Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner?
I had the reader version of this game
They need to re-release these games somehow.
Yeah just release a school computer lab gaming pack.

Why does that dish-shaped antenna at 8:16 always appear in every square before the four pieces of secret code appear?

+Lachlant1984 yes there is. It's very hard to find it though. The DOS version is linked to an annotation if you want to check it out.
Was there any background music in the Windows version? I couldn't hear any playing during the game.

in the game? Not that I recall I think there was for the intro.
