Cut the wings into pieces (750g)
Add salt (1tsp) and pepper (according to taste)
(You can adjust everything according to how you like)
Chili powder (1tbsp)
Soya sauce (1tsp)
Garlic, 5 cloves, sliced into thin pieces
Tomato sauce (2tsp)
Hot pepper sauce (1tsp) to add some more spice and sourness (or add some lemon juice instead)- can use Nandos hot pepper sauce as well
Mix well and leave to marinate for 4hrs or overnight
Preheat oven to 220°c for 15 mins
Line the pan with baking foil
Rub some oil on the foil and place the chicken wings on it
Add some oil on top of each of the pieces of chicken (1tbsp for the whole lot)
Half way through (15/20 mins later), take the chicken and flip them over and put it back in the oven
Leave for another 15/20 mins and it's all done!
