Different systems, they could both be built onto the same vessel. But it seems like their advantages overlap a lot. In practice you wouldn't gain much by combining them, possibly (probably) not enough to justify the increased costs.

Seems fairly costly. I didn't see anything in the video that a Voith Schneider tug couldn't do.(Tugmaster for 30 years)
