The content is great. But it's difficult to follow, because the speaker keeps showing up whenever I'm trying to read the previous slide. I don't think we need to see the speaker speaking, when we are trying to learn the subject.
Thanks for watching and sharing your feedback with us! We'll take this into consideration for future videos. If helpful, you can try adjusting the playback speed on the video during parts with slides on screen.

"Study participants could use the product correctly but still not understand what they're doing" - what does it mean? Can anyone come up with an example, please?
I dont't know, in which context (or at what time) he did say that. Nevertheless, I'll try to give an example: Imagine someone wants to walk a dalmatine puppy and therefore uses the mentioned "dog walking app". They may successfully find a dalmatine puppy by scrolling through the app, because it luckily appereared in the first few results. But they didn't use the search filters "breed" and "age", which are implemented in the app, but hard to find. So they didn't really understand what they were doing.

I learn by examples. This is how I learned to code. I learned by watching people walk me through projects The UX team at google needs to walk us through a UX research project and a Design project. How are we supposed to know what kind of work we are expected to do in this industry if they don't show us?
