Here is my channel wish list if you would like to show some support in purchasing some tools or spare parts, it is gratefully appreciated www.amazon.co.uk/hz/wishlist/ls/13BO7QKGAZZV2/ref=nav_wishlist_lists_2?_encoding=UTF8&type=wishlist
My Kawasaki V twin started missing yesterday. No spark on dead cylinder. Plug not fowled. Swapped the coils over and the miss switched sides. Bad coil. Replaced it and now good as new. I forget sometimes that what is tic tac toe to one is chess to another. Love that you share knowledge. Keep up the great work.
This is pure gold. Thanks Mick. Mate had the same problem with his spirit 41, hunting and bouncing. This helped me immensely to sort it out. All your videos are excellent. Thanks me old mucker 😊
A rule I learned, 'cos no one told me, is putting screws into plastic or aluminium ALWAYS turn the screw backwards, as if undoing, until you hear or feel a click and the threads line up, then tighten it up until you take up the slack or feel resistance then a further 1/8th turn and no more! Once the plastic or aluminium strips it's scrap same if it crushes like on your underdeck plastics. I've never had a problem with this method.
Useful thanks Mick. I've got to change the rear roller assembly on my vario Spirit41. The rear metal support bar behind the roller is starting to rust through and it's developed a lean to the right hand side. Half expecting the roller support bracket to be knackered too. It's a job worth doing though as I've owned it since 2011 and everything thing else on it works a treat even if it is starting to resemble Trigger's broom with the amount of parts I've changed 😀.
Poor Nana🤣🤣🤣. Started beautifully Mick. That’s a very controversial screwdriver Mick 🤣🤣🤣. Poor conker struggles every day. Good idea to use more than 1 clip too. Great video.

Hi Mick, I have bought one of these few days ago and it is hunting and bouncing at the front. I know how to sort out the hunting but no sure why it is bouncing at the front because the arm where you put couple of circlips is intact and not out and i have also put a couple circlips anyway. But it is still bouncing. What can be the problem please. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Shiraz.
Hi Bud, I have this problem with my mower. I took it apart like you did. But mine hasn't come off like yours. Have no idea why it's bouncing. Is there something different that would cause the bouncy front. Kind regards Rob
Mick I'm guessing you make your own bubbles in the hot tub without turning anything on. 🤣🤢 Mrs P........ meeeeeeeeeeeow!!! 😲 Hey Riley Boy 👋 Oh by the way, nice video. 😎
Hi Mick, another clear and very useful video. Have you ever tried plastic welding (e.g. ua-cam.com/video/yjr5LT6uUGs/v-deo.html) or bicarbonate of soda mixed with superglue (e.g. ua-cam.com/video/pj52bbMn-XQ/v-deo.html) to fix broken parts such as the cowling?

Mrs P........ meeeeeeeeeeeow!!! 😲
Hey Riley Boy 👋
Oh by the way, nice video. 😎
Really easy fix Mick, am waiting for one of them mowers coming in with the same problem bouncing front end
Good luck.. hope it's an easy fix
Sorry but Mrs p. Deserves all the credit for this one😊👍👌🍻
I thought you would say that
Bouncy is good in a certain sort of castle... Not so good in a lawn mower, well done and cheers for the tips.
Thanks mate
Nice fix mate . The bouncing reminds me of Sammy the snake 🤣
Lol it's a 40 foot cock and balls man
i dont if they got plastic bushings on the front chassis if you wanna make it stiffer replace them but nice reult on that 41
Your right
Mick. I'm betting that original carb had the old type jet module in it, changing that for the new type would normally cure it.
Your right mate
Mine on my flywheel is broken in half
can you weld it, so it stays in place that never comes out weld it, so it never comes out
Yes I would say so..
Drill a hole through the shaft and put a split pin through cures them for good
Bouncing wheels 😂 I'm waiting on eBay to get my wheels for my poluan XT mower they are the rear tires and rims
Was there a mower in this video?
Lol
