Also bargaining is frowned upon in the shops shown in this video as they mostly cater to uber rich or upper middle class families. But of course as said Chandni chowk has a plethora of shops catering to every kind of customer. So you can probably find something stunning within your range(whatever that may be).

I am from Lucknow, I went back and got my chickankalakari lehanga made from scratch. It look 1.5 years, but that's fine 🙂
