Wow! This house is nice. If only l could win the PowerBall. I personally would get rid of that big tree that is not a palm tree from the backyard since it’s blocking the backyard view of the house 1:54 but the palm trees from the front and back, l’ll keep it how it is. I would love to have palm trees around my property to have that tropical feel. 😊

you have a much smaller lot plus you pay hoa this property is almost 1 acre and no hoa plus it was completely reonovated so hence the price but price is always negotiable
Fully understand it’s really really nice home and shit. I just rather spend the money on a little bit more modern home with amenities like a bowling alley. Big doors coming into this home is important just my jam but hey, this house that you’re showing is rocking.

Can someone do a walk through video. I know the pool house isn't completed . This is a gorgeous estate . Your videos are you fast, and you can barely see 👀 anything interesting in this estate . Like most of your videos 📹 . The furnaces or a/c unts on the roof is horrible to look at it gives the year 1954 exterior .
