One cup besan and add haldi ,namak,lal mirch,mix it well and add grade lauki and mix it and take one kadai and add oil oil ko garam krna h low flame pe and take small balls of mixture toh add the oil and oil me usko fry krna hai. and jb vo thode crispy ho jaye light brown colour ke toh unko nikl Lena hai .. aise hi sare kofte fry krne hai..
Ab ushi kadai ka oil km krke usme add krna h zeera , Hari mirch , and 2 tamatar grinder krk
e or usme add krna h fir haldi , dhaniya powder, red chilli , or namak , and tamatar ko ache se bhunna h jb tak oil alag na ho Jaye oil alag hone ke baad usme half glass pani add krna h or usme boil ane Dena h jb boil aya jaye toh usme add krne h fry kofte in low to medium flame and last add green dhaniya for garnish
lauki ke kofte is ready toh serve ....
