The boxes themselve are recyclable. However when a pizza gets exposed to grease, cheese, and all that other stuff its becomes non-recyclable. So this usually becomes a problem with recycling companies who hold the HOA accountable and thats how you end up in this situation.
Was going to say the same thing - the problem here isn't with the rule itself, as it actually does cause issues. The problem is that no one in the world needs some clown walking around the HOA taking photos of potential violations and leaving what are essentially threats on someone's ring cam. Get a job or a hobby that gets you out of those front gates, Kevin.

for years pizza boxes have always been considered non-recyclable due to the grease and left over food affecting the recycling process. however Dominos cardboard box supplier now argues that even with grease the boxes can be recycled. they did a study however it is biased since it's their product. and even if it is true, that these newer boxes are so good that even with grease they can be recycled, it's up to the local recycling plant to determine whether they will accept them or not. and since HOA routes are usually paid for by the HOA, they probably get fined for nonrecyclables in their pick ups.

12:30 I watched the original clip a few times and it doesn't add up or seems faked. Follow me on this and I can explain why. The CPU is an AMD AM4 CPU (1800x, 2800x, 3800x, etc.) you can tell from the gold pins on the bottom of the CPU. The motherboard for this CPU socket (whole in the board it sits in) would HAVE to be an AMD 100-500 series motherboard per default specs. This is where the issues start for me. The clip shows them lift the CPU up just to show the mangled mess of motherboard pins, which 1 should be a massive red flag even for new builders (pins should never bend that's why cables exist)!🚩 That also indicates the motherboard isn't compatible with the CPU. Red flag 2, there's RAM slots on the LEFT of the CPU, so that means the motherboard is an Intel motherboard! 🚩 So either someone allowed their SO wreck hardware for views (most likely), or someone was bouncing off the bottom of the barrel of stupid and thought those parts would work.
