I found your videos today and subscribed. Believe me, you are strong and beautiful human being and you are doing your best. I never had any mental struggles or phobias anything like that until I hit the menopause age. I started having anxiety and panic attacks at night. I have constant feeling of being overwhelmed and it seems like it never cease. I'm so constantly tired and I feel like I can't cope with my household, my garden, my children (still have 16 and 7 year olds in the house). So, believe me, I know how hard it is. All we can do is keep going keep pushing one step at a time...

Hi Rosie! Just know you are not alone! I was a very very young mom and struggled a lot with PTSD from CSA and was in a very abusive relationship with my son's father. I used to have lots of panic attacks and bouts of depression when my son was very young. I feel for you! You're doing the very best you can despite having little ones and living in a multi family household. I've been there too! I can tell you that life does get better and things improve as children get older. You are an incredible mom and you're doing a terrific job!

I suffered from panic attacks for over 30 years. It was horrible. They actually subsided when I went through menapause. I still have them but not on a daily basis. I have them about three to four times a month. I understand how you feel. I always used to tell people unless you have walked in my shoes don't judge. Panic attacks and anxiety can take control of your life. It will get better. Just try and stay positive.

I used to have them ( panic attacks) when I was younger. Driving over an overpass set me off one time and couldn’t even be on it when I was a passenger. It took years before I made myself do it and then I was ok. I went to the hospital ER twice before I realized that I wasn’t sick or having a heart attack, it was a panic attack. When I realized it, when I felt one coming one, I would talk myself through it. I haven’t had one in a lot of years . Just my experience

You are totally overwhelmed with the clutter and huge amounts of stuff around you which does not help your anxiety etc, you have too much of everything, even your storage is over flowing what I suggest to you is get everything off the floor barr the furniture, get the bikes and prams and big things outside for now (bean bag) dolls houses etc, put everything on a sheet covered couch or big table if you have one, a large box for rubbish and don't want items, BE RUTHLESS !! also do this at night when the children are in bed, do that in your living area, then again in each room when you can, get rid of things the minute you think" that isn't used" ( binky) and please ask your Mother to help you. X

And Rosie, Mack at Midwest Magic Cleaning says just focus on 3 square feet at a time, don't think of the entire room. Keep breathing. It's OK to pull clean dishes out of dishwasher and use them. It's OK to do what you need to do to cope. And also... your duplex is very small and with 2 babies and 2 adults, it takes very little to make it look messy. I struggle with anxiety and depression. My doctor just added an atypical antipsychotic to my antidepressant, and it is already helping. Please take care. Please talk with your doctor. If you're having trouble with your SSRI, you may need something different.

I am so sorry you are going through this. I completely understand. I have nosophobia. I hate it. I’ve dealt with it for the past twenty years. I am on medication, therapy, it’s gotten a little better but is still present. I think what’s halting my recovery is my husband has a rare autoimmune disease. I feel that if I get sick, he will get it and get super sick and it will be my fault. I know it sounds weird, but it’s a responsibility issue. And yes, journaling and breathing techniques do work!! I didn’t even get halfway through this video and I have to say how happy I am to know I’m not the only one that struggles with Emetophobia. I know people have it but to hear someone actually talk about it means everything to me because it’s horrible to deal with. I have had it since I was a teenager and it got worse when I had kids because as we know kids tend to get sick and the second one of them said my tummy hurts I would spiral into sheer panic. It affects me when I’m in public if someone coughs or sneezes I’m scared I will get a stomach bug and think about it the rest of the night, I’ve actually not eaten for a few days if a family member is sick. I also have general health anxiety and take medication as well and I do the same as you where if I forget to take it I will get dizzy and nauseous which then starts to scare me. It’s just always in the back of my head every day, it’s awful I don’t wish it on anyone. Oh my goodness that is such an intense experience you had! It made me laugh and also made me sad but mostly made me happy you’re here with me while I’m going through this hard time in my life. I appreciate your company and I will get some pretty flowers to look at! 💕
