I think there is a possibility he completely hates the fame. But he realizes if he isn't famous, he wont get his message and story out to as many people as possible. The more famous he gets the more people his music will touch and inspire. Which is kinda sad if he does truly feel this way. He's willing to go through it all mentally just to help as many as he can. Who knows if this is true. Just wanted to throw it out there.
