REALLY WANTED THIS LOOK - so I opened After Effects for the first time today. Took a lot of trail & error, but I finally got the feel I imagined. Thanks Justin 👍! For anyone who wants the radio waves to have a softer, grainy look - try adding the Scatter effect. Did the trick nicely in combination with the Glow effect.

FYI for anybody on this path running into limits with memory and time, for you too Justin, just found out you can divide the chevron timeline into chunks, which will speed up render time. Simply paint the desired part of the image a little bit further down the timeline and a new segment will be added...
