Absolutely love my 2020 Titan, it is amazing, I had one issue with an armrest and they instantly sent me a replacement, great product and even better service, cannot recommend Secret Lab enough
I actually put the memory foam headrest behind me, against my lower back. Little life hack there for you, makes the chair extra comfy! I find it more a hindrance when it's behind my head as I have to forcibly rest my head back to use it.

I had the same issue with my right armrest, the button came off as soon as I took it out of the box. Must be a quality control issue. The chair is definitely comfortable though, worth the price.
Great chair - I have the 2020 Omega chair myself (same colour). You’re gonna need a protector for your carpet though as you’ll end up with dents from the castors!!

I don’t really know this channel but after watching the video he seems legit back to the point though I just wanna know what chair he decided to get at first, the office chair. If he chose it it has to pretty good.

Same happened to my chair. Soon as i take it out of the box, that silver button already came off. And their is no way to put it back. Trying to contact the secretlab, will see what they can do.

Hey bro, my deepcool 360 makes a really loud high pitched buzzing noise, does yours have the same issue? only seems to happen when fans are lower than 1000pwm
Ok kind of a long question but it would be really helpful if you could give some advice So I want to get the razer edition of the pc o 11 but am not really sure which motherboard to get and how to set up the rgb on fans and stuff could you just give me some advice on the software
A lot of factors to consider like budget etc but pretty much any motherboard will work in that case. I use corsair fans so I control them via ICUE. Here's my video of the lian li strimer, I show how to set them up: ua-cam.com/video/y_YWuz3qJfE/v-deo.html

Of gaming chairs... Pretty much 😂 I used to have a GT omega gaming chair a few years back, it was quite a bit cheaper but then again it only lasted me 2 years... we'll see how this one holds up!
Received this exact same chair 2 months ago. Quality is meh. Alignment is off, covers on the armrests are tearing majorly, for the first 2months the height adjustment did not work. Support is of no help. For a £380 chair, it is not worth it at all to me personally. Then again, one in the video was given for free, so of course was going to be biased. I also find it funny how you received a new armrest with no problem, but yet support tells me they cannot send me new armrest covers because they do not have any in stock. Typical bias.

I have the same model chair in the same colour and mine arrived with exactly the same defect as yours with the button on the right armrest broken.

Did the backrest line up with the seat? Mine is slanted to left and feels uneven. Like you would be shifting your back towards the left
