    Yes, AI bases recruitment software plays an important role today. AI used for recruiting departments to track their job openings resumes, candidates, clients and contacts - quickly and efficiently.

      Not sure I want a robot screening out potential hires... maybe 10-15 years from now... but the tech isnt trustworthy enough for me right now.

      Yes Iraj, this is quite concerning as we have an uphill battle as is on diversity, equal opportunity, and discrimination of employment. I would need to see recruiting practices that level job opportunities instead of adding to ways they can discriminate. Perhaps a software that eliminates all biases and can only select candidates based on real merit and provide a culture that accepts and welcomes all people. Process selection software matching skill with skills we as a collective value can also improve our electoral processes free themselves of biases.

    I worked in Talent acquisition for over a decade and every now and then I keep hearing about "AI in recruiting". its like a buzz word . Seriously I do not find any good use case for using it. Searching , Profiling candidates and Parsing resumes have been beaten to death. I find new/startups and big firms and talk a lot about it because its good marketing word. Every one pays attention when you use those words. But when it comes to work its always the good old style they fall back to.
