So as you all know we have been talking massively about REITs over the past few days as it has become timely and relevant in today’s investment landscape because of the new REIT listings that will happen in the next few weeks and months.
I want to show you a computation how you can make 15 Million Pesos by investing in REITS but before that this video started with this question?
First of all, you have an amazing mindset! You are thinking about how many years you want to invest and how much you want to put it. You are not after a jackpot and trying to get rich quick!
I. THE JACKPOT
-stop trying to hit it big
-start trying to be consistent
-start creating massively volume
VOLUME BEATS TRYING SO HARD TO GET THE BOTTOM AND PEAK ALL THE TIME.

So the assumptions that I will put in this video are
You will continue to put in money
You will not take out the money
You will reinvest the earnings
The dividend yield that you will get will stay flat at 5% for the period of time.

I’m learning! And finished until the end. Thank you for reminding me to be consistent with my investments. I must admit I stopped with stocks 2 years ago since I don’t trade very well so I just relied to mutual funds (religiously a small amount every month, thanks to auto debit 😅) gulat ako mag 5 years na ako this August which I can pull out na. But will still continue to invest or transfer ko sa Pagibig MP2. It’s all about the volume. Been watching and learning from your videos every night. Ngayon ko lang nakita tong video mo sir nag chat ako sayo since I also want to invest in stocks I'm in CFD's as prop firm trader and only focusing on gold. Gusto ko lang I deversify yung capital ko sa stocks but I'm only targeting dividend strategy but I checked the phil stocks sobrang lousy or parang halos walang volume katulad nung ayala ask ko lang if kaya bang mag gain ng 20% yan annually based on capital sa dividend lang? and also ano ano yung mga broker na magandang gamitin and also meron din bang S&P500 yung mga broker na ginagamit nyo since I also want to trade S&P since mas gamay ko sya kesa sa PSE.

I love to get into REIT Funds and saving on it to buy that Php50k minimum and I will follow your suggestion to increase my investment consistently year after year and wait for at least 25 years to reach my financial goal. I will have to do the maths first 😎...and research what other assets to invest in that will readily give me liquidity when my financial goal for that asset will be attained.

REIT provides long term growth through redistribution but it does not give the profits provided by Stocks through dividends. This is an investment vehicle. Depending on the prices of the REIT this will be a good buy or another way for the likes of Ayala's to use money to fund their projects.

Sir, I’ve been researching day and night but I really don’t know how to secure REITS before the listing date. Should I reserve with a bank? Should I reserve with a stock broker who approached me (but he has a fee)? Should I buy via PSE Easy on the offer date? Or will they be available in my online broker on the offer date, too?
