sm global shop is the literal worst! i preordered exos obsession album from them and i know they can be slow so i gave them time to send it but after a month of the album being released i still didnt have my albums so i emailed them and was asking when they'd ship and they said "well you preordered an album that hasn't been released" and i was like "um? the album has been released for over a month now? i don't understand what you mean?" they apologized and said i'd receive an email with a tracking number when it shipped. well like 3 days later i received my albums but i never got a tracking number or even a notification that it had shipped. in fact on my account on the site it still shows that its unfulfilled. it also happened with my superm albums i preordered with them they took over a month to arrive but my chen solo preordered albums arrived like the day after it was released so i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt when i preordered the exo albums but im done lol i feel like they are unreliable and i'd rather just purchase from another site than them.
