You should have leveled off the top of your pile and climbed the gradall up on top of it to load with. More effective like that. Ive dug a basement and dug for watermain and sewer main with a gradall G 660 on tracks very capable machines if you operate them correctly..
just wondering at the size of the bucket? it seems small, compared to the other excavators buckets. nice seeing it run. keep up the neat videos with all the interesting equipment.
It is fairly small I'm not excited sure it's size I'm going to guess it's about 3/4 of a yard it's definitely smaller than the other excavators....thank you for watching and asking
Its fun to see this unit run and dig. But was it ever meant to load trucks? I read the comments of turning the bucket around. Do you operate this as a fun peace or is it equipment you work with?
Great video. The Gradalls were always an Awesome all around excavating machine. Thanks for posting.
Great fun video thanks Brandon and Dad
Your welcome thank you
It got the job done bit, it is so much more fun watching a Gradeall clean and reshape ditches.
I would rather do that than load trucks with it lol
Love hearing the Gradall working
Me to!
Awe man I’d love it to watch dadstrong video of the pond being pumped out and dug deeper !
Interesting Brandon I didn’t know you could load a truck with a Gradall 😮
I remember when the Indiana state hiway dept.had them on wheels.
They still have several new ones

Could you turn the bucket around for digging piles like that and loading dump trucks?
Not on this one I think you can do it on the newer the newer ones you have full boom rotation also
@@dirtgrainsteel oh, OK👍
wrong bucket. It must have croc bucket :)
Turn bucket around like a shovel and load . Nine old machine.
Is it possible to change the bucket out and put a tooth bucket on it so that you can dig a trench or something?
Yes there are several different buckets and several attachments for them!! If I can find my book I'll show you!!
Every gradall i've seen around here is on rubber tires.
It's very rare to see them on tracks!
Cool
