Your taste is exquisite, and i really enjoy your vivid description of fragrances... it's truly an experience. I need your help here... i wear fragrances irrespective of weather, and i am torn between Amouage Silver Oud and Amouage Overture Man. What would your choice be if you had to pick one?
My brother, you cannot miss! I have yet to see a list from you that was not top tier, top shelf selections. I enjoy every episode of the Dry-Down. 5K today, 500K tomorrow, 5Mon the way. Keep moving forward, we are all along for the ride with you. Enjoy the Season. Cheers! 🎉🎉🎉😊 P.S. - How about another video from you regarding holiday scents for formal and casual get togethers?
Yes sir yes sir. Love when you go to the gems not followed by “traditional influencers”. I do not view you as an influencer. You are viewed as an honest gentlemen sharing the wealth of access. Fragrance being an integral part of a wardrobe is a paradigm shift. Men are always bangers. Although we technically are not born with value, we enhance. 1. M7 is a total banger. Had an OG bottle of M7…but the Oud Absolut is superb. Rarely discussed. Caban and Babycat also lovely. 2. Electimiss - I am simple with this brand (only have Spice d’Amo) but yes Nebulous is sublime. Will give a try. 3. Hypnotizing - the woman self-closes. Nuff said. Top 30. Females have no chance. Confident arrogance at its best. 4. 1888 is decent. Middle of my Xerjoff et al bunch. I’ll take Maraschino and Alexandria Orientale first. 5. Yes yes on Coromandel. But Krigler Lovely Patchouli 55 (and the Night version) eclipse it IMO. Tres elegant. 6. Great call on Pearl Oud. Have and Love it. CP own line are all winners too (especially Rocca.). Nemer is lovely too. 7. I like NY Intense over Jubilation 25. Good looking out! 8. Musk Aoud is the sh❤️t. Ta’if Aoud narrowly better to me but both are essential and both are monthly wears. Both in my top 20. Outstanding work.
Whatupdoe my g. U stay on point like stacy adams bro. Keep them coming. Been rocking with you a long time. My favorite reviewer/influencer. Keep making Detroit proud
Great fragrances and many that would be on my list for a topic. As the show was going on I was thinking of New York Intense by FDB and I agree that Roja Parfums is just opulence in a bottle.
I wore Celine Black Tie to work today and I’m shocked at its simplicity and elegance every time. Great list, especially with one of top 5 all times: Coromandel.
@@pandafragrance I need to find a full bottle of black tie. My 10ml is completely empty. I purchased Cartier Oud Vanille but have not opened it yet. I’m told it’s very similar. If so I’ll let you know.
@ the Caron is far cheaper but it’s closer to things like Herod or other decent tobacco scents (the chocolate and Iris are a very nice touch) but Black Tie is picture perfect Iris. If I had to keep just one it would be Black Tie.
@@pstan314 Rose is one of the most versatile and historical notes in perfumery, transcending gender boundaries. It’s not inherently feminine; its character depends on the way it’s treated in a composition. When paired with notes like oud, leather, spices, or smoky woods, rose transforms into a commanding, bold, and deeply masculine statement. Look at centuries of Middle Eastern perfumery, where rose is revered in masculine scents. Consider classics like Amouage Lyric Man or Frederic Malle’s Portrait of a Lady, where rose is anything but delicate-it’s dark, complex, and assertive. Masculinity in fragrance is about confidence and presence, not outdated stereotypes. A rose accord, balanced with depth and structure, can evoke power, refinement, and intrigue that’s unmistakably masculine.

3 fragrances that give me that feeling is Dior Eau Sauvage Parfum, Mes Bisous Oud Hypnotique and Simone Andreoli Smoke Of God.

Can’t agree with the Coromandel. Comes off as a church lady. I’ll try again but prefer Tuxedo 10x over it.
I just can’t get down with rose. There’s just nothing manly about it.
