Very amazing demonstration .. selection, composition very great..... Light stroke, near far concept so much good. Your work is very good, I am glad to see it. I am also an artist, But,,,,I mostly work with water color.
I like your wipe-out technique used to start the wave and reflection paths. This is a great idea for plein air alla prima when you're trying to keep your layers thin.
I'm so sorry you are having trouble hearing the audio. I just double checked the video and we are not having the same issue. You might want to check your sound settings on your computer and maybe hover over the volume bar on the video itself to see if it is turned up. Hope that helps.
Nice painting of a boring subject, a man-made structure! Would like to see a foreground though; a "rookie" mistake, as John Carlson says in his "biblical" book on landscape painting. Otherwise, w/o foreground, the viewer "hovers like a bird" (in this case I guess it would be a gull) above the scene. :D LOL Best tip for me is the Open Box M, if I see that, I know the artist, including this one, knows how to paint. I have all of them they make; have had since mid-nineties when I saw them used at workshops I took; noted that all the PAPA artists, like Matt Smith, use them, so they are the best. Very pricey, yes, but your equipment should never "fight" you out there; it's tough enough plein air painting, and they don't. But he needs a more stable tripod, like I have: a Bogan Manfredo, it's solid as a rock, never wiggles, like this one does! I've painted in "gales" at the windy seaside with it in Calif. Cheers :D
Schöne und intelligente Vorführung, bedauerlicher Weise hat man lange auf die rechte Schulter geguckt, die viel verdeckt hat.....
Vielen Dank...👍

The audio level that I have on my iPad is perfect! I hear people in the distance and I hear crashing waves. 1/2024
That was a joy to watch
Really enjoyed watching your video, good luck and all the very best with your channel :-)
Thank you so much for your kind words! Hope to bring you more content soon!
Beautiful 😍!
HIs work is wonderful! And he's a great workshop instructor!
great visual. Can hardly hear sound even on full volume compared to other youtube videos watched at same time. Definitely a sound problem on this one.
So sorry about the volume. Technical problem with the dubbing.
Came out really well
Mark, these short clips are most helpful. For the water, you said you used phthalo blue + red. Is that red alizarin Crimson? Thanks
Very nice !
Unfortunately can hardly hear him even with volume on high
