Agree with the other comments, you saved me! was struggling to remove the straps till I saw your video with clear instructions to use one hand underneath the watch to push the button in and the other hand to pull the strap, easy when you see this and do it once, not so obvious if never done it before :).
For the price I am really enjoying my smart band 7.
