Actually i am also working in China and i saw so much love and respect from Chinese people towards Pakistanis. Even our Bangali and Indian brothers also use this to their advantage. This is not just me many of my Pakistani friends feel the same.

I've been to Mexico a few times for business trips and believe me they are really hard working people and they are emerging very well due to economic conflicts b/w US and China. Mexico has factories for almost all major companies. Right now its a cheap gateway to Americas.

Im glad that he brought up the point regarding blind patriotism. Pakistanis living within pakistan need to realize that they do not share the perception of ‘a great country’ with the rest of the world. And that their actions effect how all Pakistanis are perceived globally. The harsh reality is that we as a country are not that great we lack immensely in many areas. We have a lot of wasted potential.

Basically , the decision which backfired us was to allow the Afghan refugees in Pakistan. Pakistan was dragged into the War on Terror btw US and the Taliban. The time world was moving towards technology , we had to invest on military. After 2008 , nothing was going in our favour. SL Cricket team was attacked in Lahore in 2009 , Osama was found in Pakistan in 2011 , APS attack in 2014 , so we had to move backwards in that time period. The world was seeing Pakistan as a dangerous place for business , tourism etc which created a huge impact in our economy. Pakistan is now again in rebuilding shape.

We south asian specially the indian subcontinent people always think of going out. I don't understand, our government spend so much on our education our Safety our health and when it comes to repay them we head towards other nations. We are happy to pay 50% of our income as taxes to them but not to our government. I know there are problems in our country but, if we turn ourselves off from our countries then how it can develop. We people built the whole middle East. I know the employment problem but if we try then businesses can grow and unemployment problem can also be solved. Don't depend on government for everything.

The take away about working in a country with emerging markets is a pretty great suggestion, yeah it would require a paramount of hard work and dedication to it but like you said spending 15 - 30 years in a country and not being able to change the color of your passport is the only downside. I remember a ganjiswag story where you insisted that the best thing which you could do for your kids and their kids after; Is to change the color of your passport. Can you imagine if poscasters like Joe Rogan would sit there all the time while the guest talks and talks.... no way.

I think for a religious point of view and emerging market Turkey is best country for any Muslim who is seeing career and future in abroad. It's Muslim culture, and access to halal food and emerging tourist and hotel businesses is really a good opportunity especially for Pakistanies.
Sorry to say he has missed a very important breakthrough in the Chinese emerging economy. Yes! Its a Hong Kong. you could check the statics after 1997 when China had takeover Hong Kong a Golden Duck from the UK.
