You could do some sort of lighthouse in the big glass tower. Idk where you wanted to do a plane arrival place for your island but if not close to your power station you could still hide a beacon in there. You could also put beacon at each "corner" of the island as land mark for people visiting + you would have haste, speed and other effect that's cool to have.
There's an option to jazz up even the starkness of a fluid reservoir. Create: Crystal Clear gives you glass casings which connect.; when you need to make a fluid silo, you could use copper blocks with a strip of Copper Glass Casing up the middle and make a structure that looks like a giant Create fluid tank. 😮 For variation, Crystal Clear also gives you brass, train, and andesite glass casings so you could make fluid tanks of these materials as well. I'm curious as to how this is infinite (I'm wanting to do something similar on my create world), doesn't it need to be 10,000 lava SOURCES not flowing lava? or did I miss something

No, it works with flowing lava too, it's just kinda less intuitive

Flowing lava counts has always counted it’s just not very known
