    I grew up with green tea, barley tea, jasmine tea, etc, i eat a lot of raw foods like fruits and salads, and the cooked foods i eat are either boiled, simmered or steamed, no oil frying at all. So plenty of water in there.

    Always enjoy your podcast. I’m at my sixth year of plant-based diet. I’m a small organic grower that’s been wiped out by a chemical spray drift GMO corn. For years I was sick in my house and I had to hear from three other countries it was the chemicals. I can never think Doctor fuhrman enough. His quick and easy cookbook help the farm boy figure it out :-) growing up on a farm steak and taters. It was quite an adjustment. But enjoy my raw oats every morning. Start out with micro greens have my oats and a small glass of carrot turmeric ginger juice. Stop by the channel. See how chemical wheat and corn is grown. Organic farms are being wiped out everywhere. Dicamba a chemical that must be outlawed wiping out our trees. Go grow something worth eating. The kids are worth it.

    Ezekiel bread is an interesting topic. I am not certain they are using heritage grains, instead of gmo grains. I say that because I get some digestive issues with Ezekiel bread....🤷‍♀️

    I drink a fair bit of green tea. I like to add amla (once per day), and a little flavouring like ground ginger or star anise mostly.

    Thank you doctor buzzkill! So grateful for your messaging as so few are willing to share this kind of analysis and guidance.
    I mostly just drink water which is what I mostly prefer and also because I aim for that standard of eating calories, not drinking them. I hadn't heard about the dilution issues of drinking too much water. I'll look at assessing my water drinking habits and aiming for some adjustments. I might be drinking a little too frequently and maybe a little too much. Time to find out. Thank you both!

    I am fascinated by the information and appreciate it all. The coffee comments do confuse me a bit, however. Haven’t there been studies quoted by respected nutrition colleagues (Gregor for one I believe) stating that coffee drinkers have more favorable all cause mortality statistics? Also, it was my understanding that that dark roasted coffees had lower caffeine levels than light roast. I would appreciate any clarification. Thanks.

      Coffee is the most pesticide sprayed crop in the world. I do believe there are brands of coffee grown organically. ❤

      @@drfuhrman 10 years vegan. 46 years young. I’m in England at the moment, Glass lid 1kg, warm, green tea and hibiscus 🌺, and camomile and ceylon cinnamon, teaspoon, and a little mustard powder ground up and black pepper, 1000 times more when you combine the 3. And it’s really yummy. Age younger ✅♥️💪👱🏼‍♂️🧬. Eating animals older, same age 👨🏼‍🦳. I’ve got blonde hair, and the others grey hair the same age. Dr, friend ✅♥️🤓🤗

    Not everyone can afford Nut milks,that is why I buy Hormone Free milk.
    And we do not have Ezekiel bread in our Country.I believe everything in moderation.
    Dairy products are also being cosumed for many,many years.

    • @bryant475
      @bryant475 3 дні тому

      Dairy is one of the worst things you can consume, and it's not too much more expensive than dairy. Even if it were, it's worth the extra expense compared to the health detriments of consuming dairy milk. Hormone free milk still has hormones, all animals have hormones in their flesh and their pus filled secretions (milk). Not to mention the animal protein itself which is carcinogenic, as well a lsaturated fat/cholesteroI, TMAO, Arachidonic Acid, etc.

    Actually he is incorrect about water. You need to understand the relationship between minerals, salt, water, inflammation, and oxidative stress before making a statement that water can't help your skin etc.
