I got myself a notion
One I know that you'll understand
To set the world in motion
By reaching out for each other's hand
Maybe we'll discover what we should have known all along
One way or another together's where we both belong
If we listen to each other's heart
We'll find we're never too far apart
And maybe love is the reason why
For the first time ever we're seeing it eye to eye
If a wall should come between us
To high to climb, to hard to break through
I know that love will lead us
And find a way to bring me to you
So don't be in a hurry. Think before you count us out.
You don't have to worry, I won't ever let you down
If we listen to each other's heart
We'll find we're never too far apart
And maybe love is the reason why
For the first time ever we're seeing it eye to eye
If you're ever lonely, stop. You don't have to be
After all its only a beat away from you to me
TAKE A LOOK INSIDE AND SEE (YEAH)
If we listen to each other's heart
We'll find we're never too far apart
And maybe love is the reason why
For the first time ever we're seeing it eye to eye

If she doesn't remember Powerline, she's to young for you bro.
Thank you!
AH HYUCK!
Yeah, I was born in 1997 two years after this movie but I grew up with the movie so does that count? 🤣
Truth
Andrew White preach it
Still personally think that this is one of the best final song sequences in a film. The song itself not only being catchy as heck but also the lyrics are representative of how now Goofy and Max are finally seeing things eye to eye and are able to bond together. Also Powerline is just a great character, being able to not only remain calm and carry on the performance, but even incorporate Goofy’s “perfect cast” dance into his own routine after only just seeing it done once.
yeah and the key change at the end makes it even better
@@sirquacksalot6463 the key change definitely makes it hit harder
@@brusor2 totally
That was beautiful man.
Not enough people talk about Powerline as a character, so I thank you
Can we appreciate that Powerline’s World Tour actually hits more countries than most real world tours?
He really was the biggest Rockstar on the Planet.
its funny how chill powerline is about goofy and max coming up on stage and dancing with him
+JunkDrawer I'm pretty sure one of them died that night
+Yukio Sakakibara It's a cartoon, remember? No one ever dies.
+Jtyler12 You have a point.
+julian clove Well, Goofy's wife is dead soooo..
That's someone who both enjoys what he does and is a professional. Pretty sure a few singers nowadays are just as chill
such an underrated movie....easily one of my favorite all time classics
I for one am hoping they make another Goofy movie...not sure what premise they could use, but I enjoyed both of them...its definitely well deserved
lol its disney
The creepy ass animatronic scene still gives me creeps.
Check the history of how the movie came about.
Samee❤❤
Tevin Campbell legit has one of the best, if not the best, singing voices of all time. He deserves a lot more fame than he has.
I was born in 05 and I can proudly say that I grew up on this film
You had the early 90s Latin American kid experience
Same but two years later
04 and same
06 and same 😭
It pisses me off that these weren't bigger movies. The Goofy movies were amazing! Should've been more made. Or maybe not. Just preserve the great ones. This song just brings back too many memories...
To be honest
I would have liked to see a sequel where Roxanne and Max get stranded on an island during their Honeymoon and have to survive while also drawing closer to each other. I would have also liked to see a sequel where the entire movie was a dance and music special. It could have been about Max becoming comfortable enough to showcase his dancing skills and enters a dance competition with Roxanne trying to start a singing career.
A Very Goofy Movie pretty much ignored that this movie happened though. It killed the potential franchise, imo.
Or maybe they are all older and things changed. Max and Roxanne are about to get married, but Goofy still wants to be a bigger part of Max’s life, so they go on one last adventure. Max is questioning if he is ready or not to marry Roxanne, Mickey is the one that gives him advice and also talks with Goofy.
The Goofy Movie will always be my favorite movie. Great memories right here.
Khalid Elmekki I’m 30 and I still love it it’s my favorite Disney movy
Insanely underrated disney movie it still holds up to this day
Saw someone wearing a Powerline shirt at my college today and it made me so happy.
Chloe Price today I saw someone with this art in his shirt, legit as a tour shirt, steal a smile of me
well howdy robin. iM eL
@Catra do you go to USAO? could have been my wife.
Super Bowl halftime show please!!!
This is too lit for the Superbowl.

Powerline is better than most pop stars these days.
I agree😁
"Do the perfect cast"
yesssssssssw
deerdestroyer2009 no
That part warmed me down to my toes
If she doesn't know what the leaning tower of cheeza is... she's too young for you bro
That Guy My Guy XD
fuck yes. Now does any one remember the X games scene or the poetry slam
Cheddda-wooooooo cheda-whizzzzzzie!
The key change at the last chorus still gives me chills. Such a wholesome innocent movie. I miss being a child.
This Song actually popped in my head earlier today, and I couldn't stop singing it to myself, be it in my head, or whistling the Tune. A Goofy Movie was a Rollercoaster for me, and remembering everything that has transpired in the Movie, despite not having seen it in ages, this Song still brings tears to my eyes, and a smile to my face.
Watched this film for the first time since I was very, very little tonight. I was only born in late 1993 so I wouldn't have been old enough to remember this coming out but I remember the McDonald's toys that came out as a tie-in and I remember watching the movie over and over on VHS with my elder brother. This is actually a pretty nice song tbh. :') I can't believe this movie's 20 years old. I feel so bloody old :')
if they had a shirt like that I'd definitely buy it
They exist.
2020 and still waiting for the album to drop!! This music still bops!
Take away the movie and this song is still so good
I used to frackin' love PowerLine when I was little! I wished I was in the movie.
ReiinaaVel why’d you stop
One of the best songs released by Disney!! In a class all of its own.
Please give me a Powerline Summon in KH3 so I can see Sora do the Perfect Cast
x CEGold that would be awesome
x CEGold I hope it happens, it's gotta
That would be amazing!
There's always the next game
Before Gazelle there was Power Line.
yes
Zane Wuffy Well in honesty I still prefer 'Try Everything' to 'Eye to eye' as the lyrics are more meaningful.
Yes, more meaningful, but, you know, not purely positive.
Try everything? Cocaine? Extacy?
@@casperchristensen8354 🤣🤣🤣💀💀💀
I kind of wish they'd bring powerline back
I legit thought it was Michael Jackson when I heard this for the first time
+HerrSchrodinger its Tevin Campbell he is a Famous R&B singer.
Same here. I thought it was Michael Jackson too. Granted, I was five(I was born in '02)
Bro it was tevin campbell
Power line was created to be a Michael Jackson, Prince and Bobby Brown like Artist
I would loved to listen a cover of this by Michael Jackson when he was alive :(
IT'S A LEANING TOWER OF CHEESER AAAWWOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Jeremy Smith XD You know it!
lol who else is reliving thier childhood memories through this!
Abraham S. Jackson Me~! I was a 2000 baby (5 years too late) but this came on all the time when I was a kid. (My cousins were the ones to see this movie when it came out) and I kid you not, it impacted me a lot on my opinions on music and my love for singing.
The goofy movie was and is excellent, way ahead of its time, love this song and powerline
I love this song & Stand Out. I love all the songs in "A Goofy Movie." It's a childhood favorite of mine & I was 4 yrs old when it came out in 1995.
Mickey himself was at the Powerline concert in LA. Anyone remember that?
+Rey Hernandez Yep I saw that so was donald
He was in the schools audience when Max did it too.
He was also on the highway early in the trip.
I do be pullin up
Reminds me of Prince! :D
Powerline was based on Michael Jackson, Bobby Brown & Prince. Bobby Brown was supposed to play Powerline but he got fired due to legal troubles
This movie and the second one stay on TV all day at my house
I love this song so much!!!!!!
I listen to this song every year... They lyrics are like spiritual...
Powerline is forever! It is a fucking crime they only ever gave us 2 songs. Love it!
(Automatically adds this to my Playlist!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
If you did not memorize all the lyrics and dance routine to this song, u were not a real 90's kid.
+Alyssa Kimmich I wholeheartedly agree with you
+Alyssa Kimmich Fuck you! You can't tell me how to 90's!
If facebook is to be believed you were born in 97...So much for talking shit about other peoples "90s kidness"
Also, good luck memorizing this shit unless you had the movie on VHS, werent no handy internet outlets like UA-cam to look this shit up on.
I enjoy falling asleep to it, what of it?
Alyssa Kimmich I know every word but not to dance (not a big dancer) does that still count
THEY SHOULD PUT THIS SONG IN JUST DANCE 2016 IT WOULD BE AWESOME
+CastOfCharacters13 bruh.... lol
Adrian Hernandez EYUP EYE TO EYE
hhah
Adrian Hernandez NO REALLY THEY SHOULD
thats what im sayian tho
Memories remember first watching this movie with my cousin. This song and movie will hold a special place in my heart.
Used to watch this movie all the time as a little kid. And I just watched it for the first time with my little boy yesterday. Where did the time go?? 😭 I forgot how much I loved it
Dad! Do the perfect cast!
PrincesChrystsanthemum no

Do you still rock with this song?
I know I DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tyler Wilkins I loved this movie and my kids damn sure love it. was just listening to Tevin Campbell
Tyler Wilkins my parents listened to 80's and 90's through my youth and I watched this film most of the time to do definitely have great appreciation for great music
i would always watch this movie every time it was on, mostly for the two Tevin Cambll (AKA Powerline) songs and the singing
The king of pop never died
It's 2023 we need a powerline tour
Im working on it
@@powerline8951 right...
Well I think we need a Tevin Campbell tour. Seriously.
love powerline love a goofy movie and love this song
This character was like the KING OF DISNEY POP!!! He was like a mixture of Michael Jackson and Bobby Brown😎😂
Michael Jackson and prince
Brandon White Yeah or that too! *chuckle*
And Tevin Campbell
I agree with you
@@brando.3775 Bobby Brown too!
I tear up everytime I listen to this because of the nostalgia and just the memories of my childhood and watching this movie all the time
To the young dude my bf bought an mr2 from in the northwest of the United States, I wasn’t trying to be creepy complimenting your Powerline concert tour themed t shirt you got at Hot Topic. I was really just happy A Goofy Movie was still relevant. 🥺
Michael Jackson + Prince = Powerline ♡
Best tour ever!
Throwback when me and my cousin will rewind it back to back you would've thought it was a BET video lol
Favorite movie ever. tear up every time I hear it great memories.
They should have slipped Duckburg and/or St. Canard into the list of tour cities.
90's ❤️
I like the fact they snuck both mickey and Droopy in the crowd scene.
Maybe the best movie song ever.
Ok so I'm a early 2000's kid,but I still remeber watching the goofy movie when I was a toddler.
+Zharria Lay Your special snowflake medal is in the mail.
Zhvrria Jvckson Same.
blackgirl- joy sameeeee
Seriously. They missed out. Powerline needs his own series.
Still waiting for a power line album
The 90s was the last BEST decade of the 1900s when it came to music. The 60s had some GREAT music too, but I must admit I'm a little partial since I wasn't around during the 60s lol. There were just so many classics one after another, hit after hit from many different artists simultaneously in the 90s. I'm so glad I grew up during a time when music was literally at its best and talent was prevalent whether it be a singer, song writer, instrumentalist or all three. These 00s kids have NO CLUE at all 😔
Kel0390 I'm a 00s kid but I grew up with the 90s, tbh I prefer the 90s. Old cartoon shows and movies will never be forgotten, stick it to your heart and glad you got to watch it. 💪🏻💪🏻🔥
That Guy My Guy Same, but I was born at the start of April 2000. I really miss all of the shows and music my childhood had to offer.
Tsumiki Mikan Yeah, but thanks to the internet we can watch any old show again 😁
I was born in ‘97 grew up in the 2000s, but the 90s is the best decade there is and ever will be, and this song rocks, even better, I was at hot topic and got a powerline shirt from this tour in the movie but it’s a bit different
Happy 25 years to this legendary movie
This is a banger
I love this song.
Cómo es que a Disney nunca se le ocurrió una película de Powerline, sería chido.
Love that song. ❤️✨
Rosie Gaines on backup. YESSSS.
outspokengirl EYE TO EEEEEEYEEEEEE
This song is amazing.hell I love that whole movie.
I was at this concert!!!
Couldn't pass up this great poster of Powerline! lol This is legit for real. These songs never get old. #Timeless
💛💛💛💛💛 man I wish I was a kid again, playing the air guitar in my underwear jumping on moms couch.
Powerline I'm your biggest fan
Yeah I grew up with this song.
I love this song
Powerline!!! Release the record !!!!!!!!!!!!!! We need you more then ever after losing Michael!
Powerline is the best :)
I remember back in like 3rd or 4th grade when this came out, we'd argue whether this was Michael Jackson singing or not. If only we had taken a look at the credits!
Any song that can reach u is a great song shout outs to Tevin Campbell he did that 🎶
For the FIRST TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIME!
It's the perfect cast!
Could you guys imagine a real tour with a hologram similar to Hatsune Miku/Gorillaz? I would go for sure.
NiGHTSaturn heck yes, I would get tickets to see this awesomeness of a artist
2021: If we listen to each other's heart....
Love you bro..we all stay strong in 2021...life is the best answer for me & you and for everybody know
I'm not gonna lie, as a kid I legit thought they got Michael Jackson to do the song. But it was actually Tevin Campbell. Who himself is a fantastic singer.
Just watched this with My kids few weeks ago. Last Time i was watching i was a child Myself
Those lyrics got me
Voice is empecable
Great movie. Great childhood
2022 and still goes, we really should do a go fund me for a full album, he said in a interview very recently it’s up to the fans, so you
Know

In
I was 5 when I saw this movie, this song burned it self into my head and lives rent free. I’m 32 now and it’s crazy got I still like to listen to it, especially when I go to work. The 90’s had some good cartoons that I’m getting my kids into.
The power line songs are now available to stream you’re welcome
Just ordered a Powerline World Tour tshirt online. So flipping excited to get it!
Dis my jam.
What's insane is that Tevin Campbell isn't even in the credits of the Goofy Movie for this song. There's no credit for the Powerline character at all, it's insane. The principal of the school has a voice credit, hell, the stupid BIGFOOT character has a voice credit, but the guy who sang a song that was played THREE TIMES in the film AND in the credits isn't included?! WHAT?!?!
Credo che il tour mondiale di Powerline sia in tutto il mondo dei cartoni animati
omg my favorite childhood movie, I saw so many times when I was little !! *--*
surprised that vhs tape never broke!!!
I watched this movie a thousand times with my brother maybe, it was so cool and funny
Only 90s kids will remember this shit! Great pop songs from the mid 90s! I think I saw the flick around '96 though, it was already on VHS at that point.
As a kid I cracked up at the Goofy Movie and now the nostalgia is overwhelming, I’m taking this song too serious 😂. Also this character is clearly based off of Bobby Brown.
I thought he was based off of Michael Jackson
He is based off MJ actually
@kaliossogarciadelaflatscal800 Actually he was based off of Prince from his "Purple Rain" era but some inspo did come from MJ and Bobby Brown
@@kaliossogarciadelaflatscal800MJ Prince & Bobby Brown
