Doing this for 7 days❤ Day 1 ✅ felt like I was gonna die with the first exercise 😂 Day 2 ✅ did it 2x felt burn 🔥 Day 3 ✅ did 2x same as yesterday Day 4 ✅ did it better than day 3 felt that burn always 🔥 thx Lilly! Day 5 ✅ did better 😊 Day 6 ✅ felt great ✨ Day 7!✅ felt more than better saw a tight waist and lost some belly fat 🎉

@@esther.eseoheyelloowww, did this and i can wear (size s, xs if im lucky) All i did was fast for 12 hours everyday, cut back on anything with a lot of sugar. not all sugar but most of it. And i did a 1800 calorie deficit. its what my body needs cause im shorter than avg
Wow, this is the first workout for this body area that makes me feel happy! The thing is, I have problems with blood flow and cervical vertebrae, so any abdominal exercises that require lifting (head swings) are a mockery for me, because I start to feel nauseous and can faint. But here it didn't happen, I feel very good. I finally found an option for myself, thank you very much❤

Day 2: ✅ my abs were hurting from yesterday so this was harder to do! Day 3: ✅ did it!! Day 4: ✅ my abs are hurting so much, but still did it! My body shape has definitely changed a bit since I'm doing the other workout with this too! 💓 Day 5: ✅ felt way easier to do today than in day 1! 1/3 done! doing this before my birthday!! day 1: did 2x, average sweaty but i didn’t feel a huge burn. hopefully results WILL show before my birthday! day 2: did 2x, less sweaty and i did more modifications and only did the bonus once. i felt quite tired, so hopefully tomorrow is better day 3: gave up because i can’t even get the dress i want.. it would arrive too late. this workout helped my posture more tho LOL day 4: day 5: birthday
