Just a classically trained musician (organ is one of the instruments I play professionally) passing by by clicking on this on the recommended page, not knowing anything about the creator of this vid. Wow! Was I mesmerized by this! Ok Bach sounds good on any instrument, but still, your registrations of different sounds during the progression of the different variations were wonderfully tasteful! The visuals of this vid tickled my AuDHD brain. Loved every part of this! (maybe variation 19 and 20 could have more bass for a grander build up, but that's just me being overly pedantic, don't worry) Very, VERY well done!
Wow, thank you so much! You are the audience I do this for :) As for the bass level, I am struggling with mastering, probably it's the lack of experience. I bet perhaps just a bit of equalization would have solved the issue. I can tell you that the management of "loud" (which is essential in the build ups) is really difficult. Doing this type of work definitely shone a new light on the art of mastering. I've learned that it is not an easy thing. Thank you so much for all the feedback, I love to hear from listeners, so that I can correct what I do.
your dedication to Bach is touching, the precision and beauty with which you create your creations is contagious and catches the eye of those who have Bach in their hearts. Thank you for this precious contribution, I follow you with great pleasure and affection
I thought I knew this piece until now where all the voices are so wonderfully sculpted with great patches, wonderful! - it would be a major crime not to do the fugue...I hear that the music police now consider you a person of interest....
Your work reminds me that of Wendy Carlos ( Composer of "A clockwork orange " ) . Excellent work and astonishing choices of voice stops . Keep up the goodwork !! Love the haunting atmosphere of variation 15 ! I'm out of words .
Thank you so much for listening and commenting! Wendy Carlos is a big inspiration to me, from the day I bought her record (it was an import :) in the 70s.
Just found your stuff the other day but was sad you had not done this one yet....great choice and probably one of my all time favorite Bach works. Can't wait for the fugue.
Thank you! This is one of the best, I agree. There's something about how he can repeat the same paragraphs for 21 times and make it a whole novel. Same for the chaconne.
@@OrzoMondo for sure, I'm starting to realise that too. When I go back and listen to several of my older arrangements I just think wow, I would change so much about this
Amazing. Each video from this channel brings me back to the first time I heard these pieces, total awe. Do you ever plan on doing alternate versions for your existing realizations?
Thank you! As for re-interpretations, I did a few, especially when after repeated listening I realise that I am not happy with the results, but mostly I am aiming at covering complete collections first. For example, I have done 4 Brandenburg, and I am missing just two movements to complete the 6, I'm trying to prioritise that, also because I want to release Volume II of Synthetic Brandenburg: music.imusician.pro/a/g1ZuFeqD

Amazing! I can't wait for the fugue. Bach fugues are truly transcendental

The music police called me, they want me to "help them with their investigation". :) Thank you!
Thank you, OrzoMondo, I'm so pleased to hear this at last. Tremendous. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to the Fugue.
Thank you! I am also working on the prelude of 538, so probably that's coming first :)

Excellent and pleasing execution, most grateful to you, big Thanks
thank you!
WOW this is incredible
Literally can't wait for the fugue
Thank you so much sir! Evidently it pays to work on pieces over a long amount of time. I think it took over a year, doing one variation at a time.

SEMPER AVREVS!
SEMPER!
I would like to hear organ fantasia in C minor, but thanks for this one.
Thank you! The Fugue of the Fantasia is already here: ua-cam.com/video/dwUAa0zr-zM/v-deo.html - I just have to come around and do the fantasia now :)
Thank you. Can you upload the Fugue now??
It's in the works - it takes me quite a while, but it's at a good point of advancement. Thank you!
