Mingxuan is the kind of character that I love to watch. He is not weak and this kind is very rare in the drama’s world. I’ve been watching this scene over and over again. I wanna see more Mingxuan on chinese dramas.
Me, too! I love seeing XiaXueling get totally and definitively reprimanded by Mingxuan for pulling a juvenile stunt like this! So much for being professional! And she sure underestimated Mingxuan's abilities and dedication to the company - as well as not caring one bit for the guy she's supposed to love by dumping all that work on him. I have no sympathy for her. Living in her fantasy world (granted, with Mingxuan's mother's help) that she and Mingxuan are any kind of a couple. It was all in her own head. This is one of my very favorite scenes in this absolutely EXCELLENT drama!

MIngxuan is AWESOME. I loved how he handled her in this scene. She was acting like a brat and jeopardizing business dealings all because she wanted attention. I mean grow up, he doesn't want you. She is somewhat delusional. Just because her mother and his mother want them together doesn't mean he does. They all know what happened the last time the families tried to sell him off, and that's what they did with all that alliance talk because he was unwilling. If you know how he reacted previously and he's not shown any inclination to be with you then why would you subject yourself to chasing after him. He's a very up front kind of character which I love. While he is patient and respectful, because he had to know how she felt about him, he wasn't willing to make a big deal out of it until she messed with work as a means to get his attention. Honey do your job and spend less time stalking your boss, you'll be happier and feel sooooooooooooo much better. lol Sheesh!
He never showed her that he loved her, nor did he give her any indication that he was interested in her other than them working together. She thought that because they were childhood friends and that she worked close to him, that they were destined to marry and have children together. Didn't care for his mother at all. She thought that she could control him, but she found out that she couldn't control him in any way, and he did what he felt in his heart and married the woman that he loved.
"Why must love be associated with work?" I ask that everytime I see that in dramas like this. These women seem to think that the amount of time they've worked together means they must be in love, & when he isn't she blames him!...really?!
I’m puzzled. She told Mo Fei about company restrictions about dating. Mo fei didn’t know about any rules. But she did. She was there before Mo fei. And harassed Mo fei including with firing her based on company rules. It wasn’t about company rules. It was about jealousy. And she had a interest herself. Despite the company rules.

Since telling her nicely isn't working maybe u need to just come out and say I don't love u and u need to respect my decisions and my gf. And why he even still have her around? I'm sorry but if I know that someone likes me and keeps giving me drama, out of respect for my partner I would not keep her. Everyone and anyone is replaceable, she's just a director or leader. Dealing with crazies u sometimes need to be direct and stern.

I have watched all episodes of this movie and I love everyone of them it's so interesting to me love the actors especially the Mingxuam and MO Fie loves the way he pursue the one he loves I keep watching this over
This is my favourite Mingxuan boss scene, he really shows her why he’s the boss of the whole company. Completely handles all of her work, and still had time to find her afterwards. If her dad wasn’t so important within the company, I think he would have fired her sooner after all the times she’s so incredibly petulant and immature by bringing up Mingxuan love life every chance she gets. Surely she should have realised by now that the reason Mingxuan only thinks about Mo Fei is because he truly loves her, and that his love for her has nothing to do with the business or how Mo Fei fits into the company.
Is she insane why should I automatically be on love with my work partner that knows me best .... at work. Totally delusional. I like him cause he is a man that doesn't let himself be manipulated by a woman very attractive

Why does Han Zhang has to end up with all the work. Doesn't make sense.
