+Ian Carter Nah. People are definitely in a coma when it comes to Tinashe. I would say that she is the most complete all around artist when it comes to this new wave of r&b. Her discography and live shows are better than Kehlani's honestly speaking.
Vty I ain't trying to knock Kehlani. But when you put the two discographies and stage shows next to each other, it's not even close. Tinashe upstages her in those areas hands down. Kehlani is more popular because of her persona. Her persona helps sell her as an artist. She's very active on ig and snapchat whereas Tinashe is not. You can say the same in the case of Bryson and Tory. Bryson is more popular because girls love him more, period. Tory doesn't sing a lot of simp songs that girls want to hear nor does he have a cute daughter that he can parade on ig everyday. Tory has the better projects though. Other notable underdogs are Adrian Marcel, Luke James, and Mack Wilds.
