I have about 6 seasons on these. Other than replacing some soles, no issues. The other thing that is a huge thing is the tops are adjustable. If you have large calves and want to wear knee braces they are the only way to go. Also if you want more room just pull the insoles out. I did that six seasons ago and no issues.. There is no planet where those junk instinct boots are better than these...

I had the CF SRS 2's and while I liked them a lot, I found them a bit slippery when dabbing off-road. I have the CF 3 TA's now and they're far better dabbing, but not as precise shifting and braking. I tried the Instinct 2.0s in-between but they felt like moccasins so I sent them back. I have enough injuries I don't need tib-fib ankle bullshit in my life and I ride big bikes off-road ocassionally, too.

Six seasons, that's awesome. The test of time! Happy to hear they are still working out for you!

I have the Crossfire 3 TAs and I'm pretty happy with them. I had a little pressure on the ankles for a few rides but all good now. I had more pressure with SG-12s. I think the TAs have more peg feel than my SG-12s but the SG-12s seem to be the highest quality of any boot I've owned or been around. I only ride off road but have about 400 hours on the SG-12 and soles are starting to separate. I've had Alpinestars and Sidis fall apart at 150-200 hours.

I wore the SRS for years because the team I rode for was sponsored by them. My feet always hurt, finally I decided to try the TA and its a huge difference. Way more room in the toe box. If you have a wide foot go with the TA

That's good feedback! I actually talked about that exact thing in Keefer's podcast we did. - Chase

I have a wider foot and I owned the crossfire 3 SRS and it was a horrendous experience. I had a 11.5 and hoped it would break in. They did not ever it was like having vice grips on my feet, especially in the toe box. Ive heard the non SRS boots are slightly wider but I wasnt willing to bet more money on it.
However, the boots are absolute tanks. I hit a blind corner off road riding in the desert and someone illegally dumped an old love seat. The Crossfire 3 won that battle and kept my leg safe. They also saved my ankle from a bad case, the lock outs held up great.

i also made the mistake of buying an SRS boot without trying first. so painful. i kept losing toenails due to the pressure. chucked them after a year and got non-srs crossfire 2s. Been using them for about 7yrs now. I'd buy them again if i could get them.

@jonnoMoto I think if Sidi were to offer half sizes it would be much less of an issue. Though even still they run small. I ran a pair of Sidi Vertigo and a pair of Sidi Roarrs for road racing. My Vertigo's were great boots only a little tight. My roarrs were absolutely agonizing and I dumped them in 6 months for AStars SuperTech Rs. Which is a shame because Sidi boots are beautiful.

surprised to see these on the bottom, ive had instincts, tried tech 10's and sg12's. i like the sidis the most. no pressure points for me. instincts hardly feel safe to ride with how much flex they have, and no velcro. my buckles have came undone multiple times during a moto with the instincts, and without the velcro they flap around and feel like they may fall off. levi kitchen had a similar experience in supercross this year..and with almost every part of the sidi being replaceable you dont need to spend another $900(cad) on new boots once theyre worn. just replace worn parts and done! massive plus over the other boots that shouldn't be overlooked. yes other boots have replaceable soles but you have to send your boots away aka no more riding. quick and easy with sidi back riding same day. feels very snug to my leg and shin without having the buckles very tight. not a fan of the bootie system in tech 10,s feels very uncomfortable to me and a pain to get on and off not to mention if you forget the booties at home your screwed.(happened to a few people over the years)

I was honestly surprised that nobody put it on their podium too. But that's just how it went. Riley mentioned the other day he's been riding in his a good amount and has grown to like them. They're definitely not a bad boot, but if your foot and ankle shape aren't just right, they might not be the best fit. Thanks for watching! - Chase
