Looks AWESOME.. now I just have turn 55... 4 years to go!! Never thought Id WANT to get older... My wife's 6 years younger then me.. When I'm 55 she will be 49.. Is that allowed?
We have lived in Sun City West for over 17 years and love it! This is the best place financially and healthwise for seniors! It is geared for healthy, happy retirement living.
Hi Marsha. The concept and structure is very much the same. Sun City is several years older than Sun City West. Also, it is important to research the clubs and amenities of each. There may be things of interest to you that are offered in one community, but not the other. You must live in the community where a particular amenity is offered in order to take advantage of it.
Hi Marsha, I think both have wonderful amenities and one thing that I personally like better is the fact that Sun City West is built in a very private way. All the streets are built in circles. People are not driving through the city because there is no through. If you're driving here you live here. Sun City is on a grid. It's hard to describe but you can check out a map.
I'm sorry but I didn't see the variety in this video. I saw a number of most likely higher income residents. In all the people shown, I only saw one person of color. I image that has something to do with income levels needed to live there It does look nice though, but I think many would find How would I fit in Its a valid thought, and needs to be considered when retiring. Especially far from home, family and familiarity.
