Ignorant of man here. Long been fascinated about the "mysteries" of the copper mines before the 17th and 18th hundreds. I have heard that staggering amounts of copper were removed. Possibly early cave men over a thousand(plus) years. Any truth? Please could you tell me what the major values uses were used for? Also, I’ve heard it said that the "old world" (Europe, Scandinavia) was using it before Columbus? Could there be any truth to this?
