I enjoy this channel. But one critique. These barbers essentiall give everyone the same haircut style, over and over, which is the very short on the sides and back, with a bit more hair on top. They're all masters of this style, no doubt. But I'm not seeing any variations. Same thing with the beard cuts. At the end, the beard styles all look pretty much the same, too. Where are the big, massive beards that come in and are left that way, with maybe only some cleaning up and sprucing it up? Or where are the gents with long hair who want it left long? The last guy in this clip is a slight exception. Still short, but an interesting style. Something different, at least. Again, just a little critique, that's all. Take it or leave it.
If you look at some older videos you will see variety! Something to keep in mind is the clients are wanting their hair this way so it all comes down what the client wants. On youtube search big red beard on beardbrand and you will see a glorious beard and mustache!!

I agree. I have long hair and I have so much trouble finding barbers that know what to do with it and do not immediately want to chop off 5-6 inches. Seems all they know how to do is these fades.

I think the problem with most barber is, they don't cut to the actual shape of the head. It's art and us humans like shapes, curves and angles.
Other problem is they simply don't enjoy being a barber and just do the same over and over regardless the customer.
There's a lot of Bobby in this video and that makes me happy 👌🏻
