Quick little things that I do for feminine energy are lighting my favorite candle and taking a minute to just enjoy the scent, stepping outside (or just opening a window if it’s raining), and putting on a great-smelling & high quality hand cream!

I would say a small habit that puts me in my feminine energy is connecting with my husband. We both work from home; and every day once or twice, We will drop everything we are doing and just hug for at least 10-15 seconds. Just a long sweet hug. It really resets my body and brain! ❤️

Making all of my own skin and haircare products at home puts me in my feminine energy. Putting on a delicious homemade face mask and following it with my facial gua sha routine with my delicious face oils puts me in my feminine energy. Doing my rice water and protein hair treatment and then a nice, stimulating scalp brushing puts me in my feminine energy. Working out puts me in my feminine energy. Meditating. Tending my plants. Making photography, music, and art (because these creative pursuits are so intuitive for me). Journaling. Loving and nurturing my kitties.

I love to connect with my body by touching & doing things slow! (i.e.: touching my chest to feel my ribs expand as I pause to take deep breaths, or taking my time to feel my hands caress my body as I put on oils or lotion) There’s so much POWER IN THE PAUSE & TOUCH! Anyhoo… ADORE YOU!!! Keep honoring your soul & being AMAZING!!! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽💯

Not sure about feminine energy, but sitting at one place for too long just casts down any energy at all 😅 definitely agree about music and dancing! And my little tip is to always find time to make yourself look a bit more beautiful even if you in a rush, saying applying just a lip tint if you don’t have time for more makeup or choose another necklace etc, it really uplifts my mood! I also noticed that being in a hurry destroys my feminine energy, when you have to run to not get late and everyone and everything just piss you off although that’s just your fault if you’re late, so I try to get ready to leave just like 5 min before I should in order to leave on time ☺️

Before each segment in life (moving from your home to your car, meeting up with a friend, taking a shower, or any new activity you’re about to do) just take a moment to empty all the breath from your lungs 🫁, then take another moment to breathe 3 rounds of deep belly breaths while affirming to yourself of your intention for the next phase.
Example, you’re about to drive to the store. Once you’re in the car, before you start driving, taking a moment for a few rounds of deep breaths while affirming “I will get to the store safely and at the perfect time, and I will easily find everything I’m looking for. I have fun while shopping making “chores” exciting and not a burden. And so it is 🪄 Thank you! Thank you’ thank you” “

Not picking up when someone calls is the biggest regret of my life. I lost my bestfriend that way and by not asnwering her call i never got to see or hear from her ever again. She had called me from the hospital and i didnt pick up the call and few days later she succumbed to coma and finally crossed the rainbow bridge.
Guys, if its not someone who constantly annoys you or anyone unknown to you, ALWAYS pick up your calls. It could be their last call.

    1) Avoid depletion of feminin energy, by speaking your no’s out clear and grounded.
    2) Letting feminin energy in your body flow, by moving regularly. Especially while working in an office.
    3) music helps to flow!
    4) dancing helps to flow!
    5) taking a moment to tune in, and go deeper.

Something that I started doing recently was just.. slowing down how I walk. I walk very briskly and quickly, and I find that I get irritated a lot more easily when I do that. But if I slow down, I actually pay more attention to how my hips swing or how my feet feel on the ground.

i love how people comment on your hair and indeed, it does look fantastic! Its funny because i had beautiful moment just now, where i felt so much feminity trough my hair and how its touching my body. Tha feeling when its freshly styled and touches your bare back ,feels soo juicy and feminin. Made me think about, how i feel that feminine energy is everthing that makes life fun and so much deeper. Its not about survival, but about the joy of being alive. Musik, hair touching your back, cats purring, beautiful smells, baby giggles, summerdays, and good food. Everything can be ether rushed or not noticed. But noticing it and indulging in those moments feels soo feminin. Also feels like feminity is the orgasm of life. While masculinty is the seed of life. Just some thoughts that were inspired by mention about musik. Thank you'for another beautiful video ❤ Your channel is a treasure

Great advice I wish I would’ve heard this when I was 18. It’s very true about moving your body. That’s why I have two German shepherd dogs. I walk them three times a day. I am 69 and it keeps me in shape and I get stiff and hurt if I sit in the same position for longer than 30 minutes. I never had a sitting job. I was a hairstylist so I moved all the time.😊

One tip I should let here is very specific and can't be done everyday ( except if you have the view of the moon everyday...) But what I do is open my window at the night and look straight to the moon, say a little respectful ''hi'' to her 🙏🏽 and humming as long as I desire. Most of the time it makes me feel so so good that I don't even want to stop.
It makes me feel like I humming or singing for the moon which is listening to me with gratitude. And I feel the gratitude into my vibes and heart. I can't really explain it but it feels very good.

One small habit that helps me is touching myself. Not like that! hahahah I mean that sometimes, its difficult to tune in. Something that helps me connect to myself when that connection is weak, is having a little massage moment. I used to think that massage only works if somebody else does it, but its actually not true. It doesn't have to be anything fancy like gua sha (although that's also nice). Just washing my hands, cleaning my face or neck with a pad, putting a little oil or lotion on the tip of my fingers, and giving some love to those acupoints that tend to release tension. I take it to the next level with all sorts of toys like digital or analogue massage devices, brushes, sculp massagers etc. I don't wait for a special day or even for the bath to use my toys. I just spoil myself when this kind of "tune in" moment is needed :) The really cool part is that it all started because my husband wouldnt give me massages. I decided that I'm not waiting for anybody to spoil me/ 2-3 times a year I go to a professional masseuse, and rest of the time - I take care of myself :D

  • @Jax-is4di
    @Jax-is4di 6 місяців тому +8

I recognize setting boundaries, but I'm going to be the one to say that if it's a good reason to push your boundaries(like helping your friend move apartments instead of sitting doing nothing/"Self Care"), it's best to communicate your head space and potential compromise like only 1hr and then you need to go home.
If your friend is likely to push your boundaries and manipulate you, they're not a great friend.
If they really need your help and you say no because you don't feel like it, remember that when you're at your next low and seek the help of others.
My feminine energy tip #1 is definitely boundaries, too, but I like boundaries with myself more than with others. Self discipline prevents us from letting others walk on us, and part of that self-discipline is keeping your morals. Don't switch your beliefs because you simply, "don't feel like it"!

  • @julz_m

I also find the iffy "no" comes off as if the person doesn't want to or sometimes even as if they're avoiding the person vs. a direct "no" that more so sounds like they just can't. And people are less offended by "I can't make it" vs. "I don't really know if I want to"

I literally almost-cried while watching this. 🤧It's crazy how huuuuge REL I had whole this video. Maybe apart from the first thing, about saying "no", which wasn't anything "wow" for me cause I had a looot of masculin energy whole my life (now I'm 27yo), I grew up with my older brother and other "buddies", and till now I have some longterm, great friendships with guys. So I had to learn how to communicate things straight away ^^'. But I will certainly show it to my mum who struggles so much with setting the boundries.
But when it comes to all the other questions that you raised, all what is related to the body: it was like if you just verbalized precisely what I FEEL naturally and what I have actually done for years, totally not consciuos about the common thread of all of these practices. Mini-energizing-dancing almost everyday and especially to regulate my emotions, a small singing with exaggeration just FOR FUN, putting the music on to almost anything I did just to make it more pleasant and to pump up the energy (which before I didn't assosiate with the 'femininity'). Moving and feeling the body, not structured streeetching, doing automassages just to get to the deep muscles, to inhale and dive into yourself, but also going outside - as you said elsewhere - to connect with the nature. Instead of enumerating all the things that I find so valuable in your videos, maybe I will just say thank you for all you do. :,) 🌺 You probably know that (:D), but I wanted to say that you're really radiating with a truly GOOD, HEALTHY and WISE feminine energy. It's very inspiring, would be fun to meet somewhere in the world, I loooove pump up girly-feminine energy with my girl-friends, it can be so much fun when we just go with the flow with a healthy vibe. :D
OK, anyways, greetings from Poland and take care of yourself! 🥥💖

Love this! Also, I’m a physical therapist and it’s true that sitting for more than 2 hours is bad for us. Sitting past that time really messes with our blood flow/circulation. So for most people, getting up before the 2 hour mark and walking (even just across the room and back) does wonders 🩷

I think you did your hair a little differently, and it looks so good! Obviously, your hair always looks gorgeous, but these smaller waves I think might suit your face even better because they start a bit higher, right by your cheekbones

and Thank you for normalizing saying no.... In my culture (Iran) saying no is like I don't love you or I don't care about you 😮‍💨 and I don't like pushing myself and my energy to do something that I don't like

When this video appeared on my feed, I was literally laying in the same position for hours. That advice about moving, even if it's just a little bit, really hit me. I usually have this "all or nothing" mentality where if I can't do a 2 hour workout I shouldn't even bother do anything at all, and that of course makes it so most days I'm not even in the mood to do anything.
On a similar note, I was wondering if you think some "stiffer" or "traditionally male" workouts like weight lifting would leave us with a more masculine energy than yoga or dancing?
