Best "P" mount for linear turntable?

I wish someone would have described all types of mounts. My new Nagaoka MP-110h does not fit my Sony PS -x55 tone arm. Apparently some old tt’s have 3/8” head shell connections as does mine.

I wish there was an easy way to find out what kind of mount old turntables use. None of the online databases tell you anything about the mount.

A logic question is: Why 1/2-inch-mount have not adapters to P-mount tonearms?)

Help the pmount cartridge that just bought does not fit the hole where the 4 contacts are suppose meet and 4 little holes insidr the original one is more narrow does this mean it does not have a universal fit?

universal mount similar to S arm plug in type. the signal goes through 2 junctions.
