I bought an 8 qt. Instant Pot at walmart for $99US. It has a heavy duty stainless steel inner pot and the electronic controls work very well. It will detect if the food is gonna burn and needs more water. It will say food burn and stop cooking. The food does not actually burn if after the first warning you add more water. If you keep pressing the start button without adding water (like my wife did) it will start to burn a little... One more thing. Beef stew takes 50 minutes to cook but I found that for my tastes I add 15 minutes more cook time for extra tender beef..

They all share the same few hard hats and reflective vests between clips but bare foot or safety slippers. God help those workers.
No need for God, ur giving them free safety boots.. Generally from medium scale factory safety shoes are provided but works uncomfortable with that so they wear regular ones. God only help those who help them own.

I have 15 workers in my factory nobody uses safety materials like helmat,gloves glasess and shoes.
Don't worry, they do this to make a living and they know what they are doing. Compare these people with the people in rich countries who have all the safety gear to get high on adrenaline rush by sky diving, bungee jumping, extreme motorbike racing, etc.

Aluminum alone does not work on an induction stove because of the material's magnetic and electrical properties. An aluminum must contain an iron insert in its base to work with an induction unit.
