Mr. Black- I live in Palo Alto and work in Mountain View so I am familiar with the Bay Area. Mountain View is not the "South Bay". MV is a town on the Peninsula. The South Bay is: San Jose Saratoga, Cupertino, Los Gatos, Campbell, Santa Clara. Regardless, Laura is a kickass guitarist.
Yes, she still does. She is Candye's guitar player but when Candye is not playing, Laura often plays other places and with other people. This was at a friend's gig where she sat in for a couple of songs as a guest
I've been a fan of Laura's for years - her work with blues singer Candye Kane is amazing. Chavez is the BEST and should be known around the world.
