Footage of scenes outside the small Greek Orthodox Church in the Rue Georges Bizet, Paris where the funeral was held for the legendary opera singer Maria Callas.
Her ashes were interred in a niche in the Pere Lachaise Cemetery until in June 1977 when, in fulfillment of her last wishes, they were scattered over the Aegean Sea.
