I got an opinion if Kroger sponsor goes to RFK, then 23XI/Denny Hamlin are in Trouble for waiting on charter agreement before they get a 3rd charter because RFK might outbid 23XI so this would be a big mistake by Denny Hamlin waiting on the agreement unless he filed for a motion to hold off owners on buying a 3rd charter until the charter agreement is reach and this is not good for Riley Herbst and plus his dad was trying to help get a 3rd charter from 23XI but Denny Hamlin wants to hold up, so my question is could Riley Herbst's dad could filed a lawsuit either against 23XI or against RFK? I don't Riley Herbst's dad don't want Riley Herbst to drive for RWR.
If jtg daugherty racing is breaking up, maybe their charter AND kroger go to rfk? I'd love to see Preece there, too. But they might want to keep Ricky. He does have a history with rousch, I don't think their parting was acrimonious.
