i lived about 7 blocks from the falls when i was a kid till i was 13 years old visit the city often and it is terrible how it has gotten enough to make you cry west side park war memorial i have pictures of me my parents took in 1962 went there and almost started to cry and the high school that took the place of the fountain we would wade in when i was young went to till my Freshman year J F K H/S just disgraceful animals doing this damage
I grew up right by there and it’s amazing when I talk to people that live near Paterson they have no idea that there’s falls there
always went to the Dairy Queen also my grand mother lived on liberty st in the 60s just down from old engine 8 fire dept
Growing up in Paterson in the early 60s was such a beautiful town when I look back at it so sad
I live in NYC, and have been through this area, and though I haven't seen the falls, I can only imagine what they found in there.
My city no matter what....
