Aragami is a phenomenal game. It brought me back to when i used to play tenchu as a child, but much better. I just finished the game and about to start nightfall/2. The story was also told phenomenally, even my wife was invested as i played. Cant wait to start A2
Remember playing this with my brother like 6 years ago, hands down the best stealth game I’ve ever played. Not only because of the unique and intricate gameplay mechanics but also because of the genuinely interesting art style. It’s not often that creativity is the developers priority now days, so to look back on a game like this and realise how much love was put into it is just amazing.
metal gears gameplay is good. but objectively i think that splinter cell chaos theory is just a better stealth game. it just has better stealth mechanics and i think that metal gear falls short on alot of them or simply just doesnt even have them in the game in the first place.
The "I'm quitting yba" video where you showed some Aragami footage was what got me into this game. I ended up playing through the whole game, not quite understanding the scope of the story. It was still really cool and fun. I also bought Aragami 2, spending an unknown amount of hours playing it despite the almost abandonment of the whole "using the shadows" motif. Aragami 2 almost felt like an Assassin's Creed game with more versatile movement and different abilities.
Do you think aragami 2 is worth playing? I got it on gamepass not realizing this is the first game, and I read some comments saying the first was better than the second but aragami 2 is the best I can get.
@@crippledmonkey7218 I do think it is worth playing. It's definitely got some upsides like how cool it feels to use all of the abilities and such, plus the slightly better graphics and animation. The multiplayer is also pretty cool, though I have little experience with it. I think it's certainly a game worth experiencing, especially if you got it pretty much for free. (that is how gamepass works, right?)

As an addition here the Nightfall dlc for the game is also insanely fun, played it with a close friend start to finish in a few hours and it’s a good prequel to the story plus the unique kill animations in the dlc are incredibly satisfying

May 2024 here Aragami is still a go-to game and I still play it It's THE stealth game and the cutscene gives the combat that I love to see The story and the cycle of hatred is neverending and we continue that until we decide to end it I've never gotten into Aragami 2 since I never really heard of it until mid 2023, but I still have yet to watch others on it
I played Aragami years ago and never even realized that shadow kills refresh your special move uses; I genuinely thought they were just there to be stylish >.< definitely something to keep in mind when I replay the game someday
I remember playing this game a long time ago, i found a bit repetitive but still enjoyed it. I reached a point which was pretty difficult which gave me an excuse to drop it. Haven’t played it since, might pick it up again
I stumbled across this recently on the playstation store. i'm glad I decided to play it, definitely a top tier game. I think the best part is the simplicity of it. You have a handful of abilities, and the world presents you with areas where you need to really think about how you use those abilities.
I will give Aragami a shot. Also a game that you Eclipse should try is Ultrakill, a very good single player FPS, though it's still in early accsess, so idk if you want to wait for the full game to release. In any case, I think you should try it. Edit: I gave Aragami a shot, and it's absolutely fun to see guards starting to chase you, then you tp behind them and stab them.
The reason why I got this game was because of Delirious and Cartoonz Coop playthrough I still love this game and with the new switch as a gift, I am playing through again

I just beat it and I agree with you 100% the gameplay and story is crafted so well! It’s simple yet challenging very well balanced for a stealth game. If ur into stealth games and like a good story I recommend this especially if ur into Assassins Creed, Ghost of Tsushima, anime, or Japanese culture.
I would love to see you play "Ultrakill" but I'm not sure if you would enjoy it as much as people like i do. Its a fast paced singleplayer fps with a style meter and a cool health refill mechanic.
The story made me cry for weeks, even though I had some doubts The more I gain experience in life and learn about human psychology, the story makes even more sense and I think it's even more clever and well written the more I grow.

I just finished the game so i was checking aragami videos, when you talked about that cheese, i thought you might say something like using kage to run to the end of the level, but i never ever thought of using kage with shadow kill 😭i still have to fully complete the game tho for the other medals like completing level without alerting and killing anyone
6:22 in my no techniques yurei (pacifist) kami (undetected) challenge run I always went that way and she didn´t kill me a single time. for replayability you also have the map editor, a shame people didn´t release a lot of custom maps and that function isn´t in Aragami 2.
Holy crap the last time I saw this was when Cartoonz and H20Delirious were playing this year's ago. It was my most favorite game ever because of how unique it was. Thank you for bring back some of my memories 😊

Probably one of the best Stleath games I've watched over the time on Yootube, I played the older verison which had a different name and was a short demo of it. But this full copy verison of the game is just..amazing, hopefully they make a second game.
Aragami and Aragami 2 are truly the 2 best stealth games I've ever played. I loved both games (7 hours in Aragami and +80 hours on Aragami 2) My playtime may not seem much on Aragami but I took my time and forced myself So I understand everything I did, what was happening and the story. I loved the sequel more because I felt like the story telling was better, Graphics didn't improve much, both soundtracks are insane. The reason That we don't get clapped by one hit in Aragami 2 is that somebody in the game mentioned it. "Their abilites are worse than before". Truly sad that we won't get a 3rd game..
a bit unrelated, but another game id like to reccomend, and im sure youve heard of it before, is ultrakill, it is in early access right now but even so its still an extremely fun game, a very fast paced movement based fps, a good and unique art style, a stellar soundtrack, words cannot describe how good the music is, very loving dev team, and fun secrets to find. id hope you make a video on this game atleast at some point, if you dont want to make a video on it because its early access, i completely understand, if you just dont think youd like the game, thats fair enough too. regardless, i love your channel, great content, very entertaining, i hope you have a great day :)

Ark is one of those games that sucked up nearly 2 thousand hours of my time, and yet it didn't make top 10 because I feel like I wasted a lot of that time. Hours of standing around waiting for things to happen, or micro managing. Idk what kind of video's people make on Ark, or what people would want to see, but the likelihood of a video on it is pretty low

Best stealth games of all time are Metal Gear, period. Splinter cell Blacklist is the only ubisoft game that's close. This game looks very promising
