I seriously can't believe I've never heard of this until recently! I'm a big fan of it now. It's so easy & fast to put together. Thank you for watching & commenting! 💖💖
Wow, Linh! This is gorgeous & now I really want to make one. I don't think I've ever seen a squash book & I L-O-V-E it! Thank you for this fantastic tutorial & for showcasing the Warm Wishes Collection. Lynn QV, California, USA 🤎🤎🤎
What a beautiful squash book. Your narration with important tips and techniques was so enjoyable. You put so much information in the video that I want to try one myself, and it didn’t take too long to show all the steps. Excellent video! Perfect use of colorful papers, too. Thanks for sharing.
Hi! Thanks so much! I usually order the collal all purpose glue from either craftstash or Crafter's Companion. They both ship from the UK but they will send to the US.
LOL... "Fly's eyelash" I can't take credit for... I heard one of the designers on Crafter's Companion say it and it has just stuck with me ever since. LOL. I love these Squash books. They are so fun! Thank you for watching & commenting, Marilyn! 💖
What a fabulous idea!!! I've never heard of these. Thank you for the video. By the way both of my Advent Calandars you inspired me to make came out absolutely amazing!!!
Thank you so much, Deborah! I'm so glad your advent calendars turned out well! I'm shipping mine out kinda late. Lol. We just got a bunch of snow and that's having an impact.
Your squash book is beautiful! I, too, had not heard of this type of album but would love to try this. Do you have a source in the USA for the Collall glue ? I have found it on a couple of websites, but it is the non-solvent type, so it seems that would eliminate the ability to move things around? TFS!
Yes! I can't believe I'm just discovering this now. LOL. I am going to try to make a 6" (folded) version. Hopefully it's not too unwieldy when it's opened. :)
One of the things I love about paper crafters is the supportive tone we tend to use toward one another. It is not easy to put yourself out there and I for one really appreciate the instruction and the ideas. Thank you, LV Handcrafted.

Great video! I've never heard of a squash book either, so thanks for showing us. I love your expression "a fly's eyelash" 🤣

I was going to ask the same question :)
Where do you get your glue
Anybody can tell the name of the glue she used? Being French speaking, I did not understand. Thank you
Hi Pauline. The glue I used is by Collal. That's the brand. And the type is "all purpose". Hope that helps!
@@LVHandcrafted thank you
This fold is ancient ... sold them at craft fairs 10 years ago ... found that this style is entirely tooo small for photos.

@@LVHandcrafted they're not, that's the size I made and I actually used 4 sheets of 12x12
Thanks for watching and for you feedback, happy paper crafting!
Loved the project but instructor was terrible.
Thanks for watching and I'm glad you like the project!
I was taught if you have nothing nice to say don’t say anything at all
