The Italian horn, also known as the "cornicello" or "corno," is a popular amulet or charm in Italian folklore. The Italian horn is often worn as jewelry and is believed to bring good luck and protection against the evil eye.
Most Italians that wear the horn are Christian. It's just a good luck charm, for crying out loud. But I guess you destroy good luck charms like rabbit feet too. So silly. Good luck charms have nothing to do with religion. I am not prejudiced against other people's religions. In fact, you might be helpful about this, but in any part of the new testament did Jesus ever say other people's religions were bad? Since you are so religious you must know that easily. Please let me know. I have read the new testament many many times but never saw anything that Jesus said about other religions being bad. Perhaps I'm reading the wrong Bible?
