Really looking forward to doing a Spellshot and Sporewarden Vladof/ Stoker loyalty run, looking at the skill tree that looks like a fun buildable, constantly fireing something. Might go Clawbringer and Stabbomancer for my co-op run with my wife.
Gonna try and make a similar Krieg. The amount of laughter that character gave me during BL2 is unrivaled by any game ive played in the past 20years.
Or a Moze.. splosions everywhere everyday all day and then some.
Ngl I might try the krieg thing. Maybe a Grave with a Zerker. I just love the character, the funny quotes, interactions, backstory, etc. He was a masterpiece
@@thenoblin9174 Yeah, i was thinking the exact same. Gravezerker or... Brr-born..
As someone who's been looking at this game and has finally bought it. Your guide is the first one that made me feel confident about what I'm getting into, thanks for the info!!!
I’m personally going for a graveborn brr-zerker build. Very excited to steal health from dead enemies then use it on the alive ones in my spell casting. Maybe even going full melee…
i’ve been thinking of this but like , i’m just gonna run graveborn / spellshot , but i’ve been wanting to focus on frost too but dark magic + melee doesn’t seem like it’s going to work out as good as others
This video is GOLD. Thanks Vulkan!
Okay, seriously, thank you for this video. It was packed with so much cool and useful info about the game. Now, I am even more excited to play TTW!
This guide is amazing. It makes me even more exited for the game
I hope they flesh out a melee system I want to see what kind of crazy stats and melee damage we could do without taking a gun
Don't expect to crazy because it's a game about guns Melee is just a side piece
I doubt we will get full fledged melee builds but i think they will assist heavily to gun play such as buffing damage against enemies you have hit with your melee and so on
Go check out a video of the classes or more specifically the Brrrzerker. They have a whirlwind skill where they spin around and hit everything with their melee weapon. What's crazy is when you invest enough points in certain skills you can just keep on going for a long while
Edit: don't believe the two comments above me. They have upgraded the melee animation (if you hold it you keep swinging instead of just one attack). And as I said, the Brrrzerker heavily depends on melee. I believe there's also another class that can use melee very well
@@missedmurphy no its a promise there is no hard-core dedicated Melee builds. That brrrzerker has a melee skill but It is a known fact that it's not going to have a build to where you never need to use a gun. Do some research bucko because you just made yourself look like a clown trying to prove us wrong and shut us down.
An action skill and a Melee build is two different things , if yu have played qlot of borderlands you would know the difference
@@missedmurphy I guess I gotta repeat myself, there will be no fully fledged melee focused build and sure a brrrzerker melee type build may help with ad control and stuff as it freezes enemies it won't be used in dps, won't be used to take out bosses etc sure we will see some awesome stuff from the melees but I think they will simply buff you in one way or another especially late game
Didn't even watch the full video and i already love how the video is edited and classified. Good job :)
I think I'm going to go spellshot/spore warden. So excited!!
Great video covering everything you should know about TTWL 💯
Thinking Stabbomancer for main and not sure on the sublcass yet, but thanks for this intro guide!
This looks like the crossover of Hexen and Borderlands I never knew I needed. Can't wait for next week's release.
Great video. I've been a huge fan of all the borderlands games but I felt kinda meh about BL3 so I've been kinda stand-offish with this game. This sold me though, the class system changes and new weapon types along with a seemingly better endgame sound pretty cool.
Amazing video that helped me understand what to expect with this game and really got me excited to play.
Definitely going Spore Warden to start, then probably Graveborn or Clawbringer to 2nd.
I'm going clawbringer and graveborn I just like that you can throw the hammer
@@rockitoutnight8160 also Graveborn will add Dark Magic to Clawbringers fire and shock
Burr-zerker and spawnwarden gonna take advantage of the frost advantages
As one of my mates I play with daily is going for spell spam
Definitely spellshot…before I was all about the warriors but lately I gravitate towards mage…nothing like calling down a meteor shower
I normally go mage, but mage's have been suffering lately. Like, this mage seems lackluster compared to most other aRPGs. So, now I'm leaning toward the warrior/zerker.
FYI everyone can cast any spell by finding the spellcard and, for ex, call down meteors. The mage is only special, based on what we know so far, cause it can hold 2 spell cards instead of one. But, that's also at the loss of an action skill. So, I'm actually really disappointed on what I've seen about the mage.
@@MyZ001 how can dual wielding spells be disappointing? We haven't even seen the end game spells, imagine how powerful they might be and you get 2...
@@kilamandaros There's only like 10 spells in the game. Yea, you can get different rarity of them, but all the spells are known and there's video of them. The only info we're missing is whatever lego perks they might have on already existing spells.
But, even if that's worth it, that's at endgame. That's along time to wait for your class to become as cool as the others. i dunno, i'm just skeptical. Not impressed so far.
Didn’t get to play the early access but I just pre ordered this based off the video I’m for sure going with grave born and the multi class is gonna be the brrrzerker
I'm gonna be combining the graveborn as my main class and the sporewarden as my secondary for a "gravewarden" build.
That's what I'm thinking or clawbringer instead of graveborn I'm still deciding
Ive been playing and having fun since the day it released. I started as spore warden, but im thinking of starting a new game with the gravebourn as my main
This is awesome. Thank you! Would you be making a video on the different game editions and which one to get? Thanks!
Also - i assume that for end game there will be matchmaking?
Love your videos brother you got a new subscriber. I am new to the borderlands franchise so I never played any of them but going to give it a try I just finished eldenring
You're a legend man, I'm looking forward to legendary farms, character builds, and other content exploration from you once the game drops!!!
70+ named enemies dont respawn. They'll prob patch it at some point but it'll be months.
Fantastic starter guide game looks amazing bring on the loot 🙂
Great video man, thank you ! Remember guys, 2 weeks !!
Excellent vid, so much info presented in a detailed manner.
great job my guy, great watch!
ROFL :P I love how you were pronouncing Feriore. It's a pun on inferior, akin to the Tediore weapons of the BL world. They're budget buy guns, gotta listen to the commercials in Sanctuary (BL2). They're pretty funny, especially the Vladof and Hyperion (more Jack) ones, comrade ROFL! Good vid thought :)
This game is just going to be amazing man … who remember the dlc for tiny tina … we are getting more of that but better !!! Yes please I’m down .
Spellshot Graveborn build is what I think I'm gonna go for
Thinking of doing a StabboWarden combo focused on long range crits
This is a great guide, thx for uploading !
picing up a copy for me and the wife this weekend will be nice!!
the way you move reminds me of classic cod glitch tutorials
Im going for an melee and gun hybrid with clawbringer and stabbomancer with a focus on fire, cause, fire is dope.
This morning I decided to do a spire worden Stabimencer combo.
I am absolutely loving this game !!!!
I’ll be starting with Spellshot or Graveborn!!
I'm very excited about the fact that I have too many ideas to know what I want to play.
Great video! Im buying this game today on PS5!
I cannot wait for this game Friday!
Spellshot and Graveborn
GraveShot going for this
I don't know what version if poe or diablo you were playing Vulkan but you can reset points in those games as well.
As if I wasn’t hyped enough. Awesome video Vulkan!
I'm going to be doing a grave-warden run with most of my points going to pets. I figure you can about make yourself unkillable with the dark damage you can put on all of them
I've always done the Siren character first, so I guess the Spellshot?
Very useful and amazing video man
I'm going to min max crit and dot effects eventually :)
Interested in starting out as clawbringer and multiclassing to brrrzerker
What a video. Earned a subscribe right here
Graveborn. Oh hell yeah.
As someone who HAS to for financial reasons buy games 1 to 2 years after release this was amazing to watch before I played the game. Insightful, helpful, and a fun watch :). Thank you so very much for this, I hope it got the views and subs to make it worth the time since you tube treats you all HORRIBLY.
I'm trying to somehow make either moze or Salvador. But I do exactly how I would. If I cannot make either than I'm gonna try to make a build similar to gaige
Great video bro!! 👍👍
Very thorough, nice work!
amazing vid thanks bro
I have never really played Borderlands before. So is it okay to play this?
@@user-ef5ny7dz8l same. Bl2 was like crack to me.. crazy that a game consumed so much of my life. From the loot to the builds and the intricate math involved. Just love all the BLs games
I think itd be hilarious if this game is the borderlands-esque game where laser weapons return
Might go Spellshot on Xbox and Graveborn on PlayStation or Spore Warden and Graveborn.
10 days!! Pre-ordered today.
I'm on Xbox series X and I'm undecided if I want this or not. None of my friends have it but I need something new to play.
I'm wondering if you can upgrade to starting gold armor you get when you pre-order it
I think the gold armor is a pre-order only cosmetic. Kinda like how BL3 had its own pre-order items
@@thenoblin9174 ik I have it pre ordered but would there be a way to upgrade it
Why do classes only have one page of skills?
Tiny tina assault on dragon keep has 3 pages of skills for each class. Will they add more in release? Is this only a preview? What’s going on??
But why does it start with the bunkers and badasses opening and do I have to play through it.
So how does gear on the character work? It looks we dont have formal slots for gear pieces like chest, gauntlets, etc. but all the characters look like they have cool armor. Do we pick what our armor looks like when we make a character or are their appearance slots or something?
In previous Borderlands games the character skins were fixed from the start, but you had huge costume customization and a free color palette to chose from and you could change your appearance in town. I guess Wonderlands will have something similar. But there’s no chest/helmet/glove/boot slots like in traditional RPGs
@@r4wb1rd damn it lol that wouldve been the last thing that woulda made this a 10/10 for me but oh well it still looks like a blast
@@royalwarlord2342 You can pick up armor sets with passive bonuses and class-specific bonuses. There are also a ton of cosmetics that you can pick up throughout the world.
I’m so torn, do I play as a mage, warlock, or friggin Thor to begin with?!
Ty for the nice video!
hey are the multiplayer running smooth? last time i play BL3, the multiplayer are unplayable, even if i choose my region (asia) the delay was very high, my internet was smooth tho
So wait, can I play a necromancer and use the spells from the wizard class? Or do I ONLY get the buffs from whatever tree I get from my multiclass?
Out of interest, do you have to have one spell and one skill ( like the burrr zerkers spining axe attack )
Or can I have 2 skills and skip the spells or vise versa ?
Great video thank you
Bit crappy that you are tied into classes you should be able to swap any class once you hit level 40
There is a quest for a item called "holy spell-nade" add two to a spellshooter and watch the fireworks. Your welcome.
There's one thing I'm confused about, are they not having shields and class mods but instead combining them together Instead?
Shields are called Wards
You can get rings and amulets that will function kinda like previous mods
You can also get armor which will be kinda similar too
The graveborn is my class I’m looking at or the Spore warran
Love the video! I've pre-ordered the top Wonderlands and can't wait to play, the only thing I dislike is the fact they have already announced the first season pass that's not too much of a problem but dropping a new class sucks!!
New classes are the best kind of DLC. Sure beats a basic lvl cap and some pallets swap areas/enemies.
Is this a mostly SP game (or at least a game that can be played effectively solo), or is it mostly multi-player. If multi-player, does it have a group finder?
It's a looter shooter focused fully on PvE and can be played single player but multiplayer is encouraged for the fun factor and there will be matchmaking most likely or you can look for groups on certain sites, discord and so on
Yeah it’s honestly great for both ! Single
Player has always been fun in the borderlands series but if you play with a friend or 2 you can make some real good memories !
its a whatever you want it to be. The more people you are playing with then the difficulty scales with that. you can do either.
"I've never played Borderlands"
"Sooooo its Destiny... on Acid."
The berserker is the one I'm going to use
Can not wait
Do you know if we can customise the look of the characters, as in face shape and features, skin colour, clothing, armour, colorways, etc?
Very in depth character creator as far as race and appearance. Unsure about armor.
Yes. There's also an option that lets you make inhuman shapes with the character creator, in case you want to make your own goblin or whatever.
Is there any kind of character customization in character creation, can we choose gender, hair and facial features?
Big time character creator confirmed and some crazy chars were already showcased. We didn't saw the character creator iteself yet, but some of the results are pretty silly or astounding
Okay I love the reroll option… can’t say how many times I’ve played borderlands and my anointments didn’t match my playstyle.
@@80sMoviesRule1 yeah in one of the dlcs i think, it’s in sanctaury where Earl is
Can I use all of them? In the same process game
Why do I not see the Spellshot option?
A fictional character can’t deliver happiness they said until Tiny Tina showed up
Just a note on the part of being able to re-do skills and what not. I still remember people defending Diablo 2 back in the day. Screwed up a character? Oh well, live and learn and make him again and don't screw up. But that's literally just wasting hours. So much easier to just respec whenever you want, maybe for a fee, and play around.
I'm thinking about buying this is it worth it
Stabbyladin here I come!
only one skill tree for each class? i see two action skills, idk how i feel.
Definitely gonna be spell shot
Gotta go with hammers and dragon pet first. Can’t decide on second…maybe two pets… though I don’t care for blood magic…. We’ll have to wait and see… five more days.
Does the clawbringer’s hammer scale with your lvl?
Yes. The Action Skills scale with your level. The armor slot, previously class mods in earlier Borderlands games, will also buff your Action Skill damage. Classes with pets will see them scale with level as well.
Gonna go Spell shot and Brr zerker to start, or Brr zerker and Graveborn.
I'm going stabbomancer first because keep in mind that you can't change your main class and Stabbomancer is the only one that can buff every character very well. If multi-class wasn't a thing I'd go Clawbringer.
So, clawbringer is j7st a Destiny Hammer titan? Fuckkk yeahhh
ULTIMATE assumption guide
Did not have to call me out like that with the character creator, and yes, it will be taking at least 4 business days to start the game
