He's got a lot of diecasts on him. Mangmotion has a video of him and that's how I knew about it. I've got 5 Missing Link Optimus Prime, 2 animated and 3 toy decos. I pre-ordered 2 of these KOs as my Missing Link are all still sealed. These will be played with.
This ko is cheaper then I thought it’d be. Definitely a better deal considering this is the same price as the official missing link prime without the trailer.
@@ToysareRuss Totally get that. I have no interest at all in Pokemon cards, but there's a third-party Chinese set going around at the moment, and the cards look fantastic (similar to the old Topps sets), and a booster box is less than £20! I'm really tempted to pick a couple up!
Thanks for the review. The fact it looks so good and has the extra metal had me tempted, but I followed your link to find the $75 price and decided to skip it. I’ve got prime for days, I thought it was gonna be $50 or something. I’m not familiar with the retail price of the official, because I wasn’t that interested to begin with, but it must be expensive. The takara packaging is the best though, can’t beat them on packaging.
Agree. Wow - was confused as to how k/o makers thought they could make money off a product that was originally made for a nostalgic / collectors release… but fair play - as now all collectors want an all metal prime 😉
LOL...they are bold to name the figure like that. Optimus Warrior..haha! The heaviness may be due to the metal they used. I'm glad you reviewed this, I don't think I'd be cool with the fitment issues.
Can’t believe there’s already a KO of Missing Link Optimus Prime. There is indeed a wheel missing from the moment you pulled out the insert. First thing I noticed was strangely both versions of the figure are shown on the box!
in the grander scheme of things giving my money to a decent KO is no different to giving it to someone on Ebay for something hasbro intentionally underproduced and I can't get legally...they will never get my sale, they chose not too, I'm not feeling any shame KO-ing it
I wasn't expecting this but $75 is a bit much don't you think? $50 would have been the sweet spot and $60 at the upper limit. $75 isn't worth it considering I already have two G1 Primes

Russ fumy you don't mention how the eyes color seems lighter tone (almost translucent)than the original, I'm debating if to get him as a second ML copy
Is it any good and as good as missing link? I was thinking about getting missing link but it’s way to expensive for me so this could be a good alternative

Yeah the original was double the price. I paid £120 so that’s probably more than $150
Wonder whatever happened to bingo grimsharp(Grimlock missing link). I haven’t seen one available yet.

Some KO's always have extra metal.
Some Official all plastic figure but the KO has added metal.

Can the ko companies make KOs of SS86. I know baiwei is doing regular SS, but KOs of 86 would be really good for figures like Magnus.
