I had a dream during general anesthesia at the dentist in 21 June 2017.I dreamed the song "Go Gyal" of Ahzee. In my first surgery(at the dentist,in 23 March 2017) with general anesthesia,I had no dreams,I was totally unconsciousness. First anesthesia in my life was the general anesthesia.I was at the dentist before,for filling,but never gave me local anesthesia or spray for numbing the gum,the dentist used only the drill
They tried to put me out by slipping it into my IV. 10 minutes later I felt a bit fucked up but I was still awake. I knew where I was and why I was there. My speech was slurred and my motor skills weren't completely there and I felt really drowsy. After they realized that that didn't do the job they hit me with the gas and I was out about 20 seconds later. The last thing I remember before I blacked out was the room was shaking and my vision slowly turning into a blurr. Then my vision slowly becoming blacker to the point of no longer seeing any light. I was panicking because I didn't know if that was normal but obviously I couldn't get their attention. I woke up in mid surgery as the doctor was wiring my mouth shut. All I said was do my teeth look pretty. He replied with a simple nod and told me to go back to sleep and looked at his assistant signaling her to give me abit more. Before I knew it I was out again. And for the rest of the day I was one high as hell. The first thing I did when I woke up was grabbing a pillow and cuddled it with the nurse asking me what I was doing? I told her I'm cuddling the pillow and went back to sleep for the rest of the day. When I woke up again I was functional enough to be sent back to my company. They perceived me perc 30s and off I went.
Amazing Doctor and so nice person. Today I had full anesthetic and now I'm watching videos about it how it works.He explained so good about how it works. Is amazing that the anesthetic Doctor making so many things and controlling everything. Amazing! Thanks that such a people exist. 🙏
I go in for surgery on the 27th of this month Oct 27th, the only thing that scares the crap out of me is being wheeled into the OR, for some reason it ALWAYS triggers a full blown panic attack to where I trigger my own charlie horses, and feel like barfing...need this surgery, left ac joint is filled with arthritis getting it taken out...
I'm having surgery in a couple weeks, the thing I'm scared of it waking up during surgery and they don't know. Because of a few conditions I have, anesthesia may not be processed in my body the same as most peoples.
Just read this whole thing! Trust me, you will *NOT REGRET IT!!!* I've heard that anesthetics is made for two things, unconscious the person, and stop pain feelings. Sometimes one of these things

2 weeks from now il be having a thymoma surgery...im worried that anesthesia wont work for me...thanks dr cheng u took away my worries
