No matter what happens, these two will be there for each other. I actually respect Nintendo for not doing a "Pearl vs Marina" Splatfest as this would undermine the symbolic bond that Off the Hook has formed, where no matter the differences between two characters, they can be an inseperable pair.

The fact that despite quite a large minority compared to a lot of splatfests, that Order still got really close in terms of clout is really impressive. The entire time I was thinking "Oh god, Chaos isn't going to have a chance", because I felt like Order was doing REALLY good. GG to everyone, it was one of the few fests I ever did, but it was a really fun time.

I was in Team Chaos, but nearly all the Order opponents that I faced were amazing, I had a lot of close calls in my fights and the battles I had with you guys gave me a huge thrill. So congrats to everyone for playing so well!

Who knows? Callie and Marie also didn't say they were breaking up after the final fest (I think so, I can't remember it 100% anymore). Yet it happened. Maybe Pearl and Marina will be forcefully broken up during the plot of Splatoon 3.
im starting to notice that there was a pattern, in splatton 1 had the final splatfest of that game, the winner of the vote was marie, in splatoon 2, she wasnt captured, callie was, in chaos vs order in splatoon 2 final splatfest, chaos won, and what was on the trailer of the splatoon 3... a chaotic world, where there was drought every where, there was absolute after the apocalpse, i may be just over thinking, but... what if our choices do matter in the final splatfest's from the games?
And this is how it all ends stay tuned for SPLATOON 3!

I was in Team Chaos, but nearly all the Order opponents that I faced were amazing, I had a lot of close calls in my fights and the battles I had with you guys gave me a huge thrill. So congrats to everyone for playing so well!
