But my surprise in this was to see Angelina Jordan with her Nobel Peace Prize performance with KORK doing Unchained Melody...by far the most nuanced and emotional rendition of this song I have experienced. (pardon please, this lapse into fandom of my #1 artist) The surfeit of talent is so hard to even comment on, it seems Norway truly does stand out...and the wide range of songs done is one thing that struck me: Alabama Shakes, Duffy, Sia, Springsteen are just some of the favorites that always please. But for the task of picking favorites? Just for the emotional feel I must say Mina Lund and Jorgen Dahl Moe...with a dozen others close behind....I must salute pureemotionmusic for this stellar and difficult compilation!
