    Ingredients:
    Egg 1 pc.
    Sugar 100 g.
    Vanilla Sugar 8 g.
    Butter 140 g.
    Flour 300 g.
    Baking powder 10 g.
    Apricots 600 g.
    Sugar 100 g.
    In a bowl, mix the egg and sugar and vanilla sugar. Add salt, baking powder and pre-sifted flour. Stir and grate the butter. Next, knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator. Place a saucepan over medium heat, add peeled apricots and add sugar. Bring to a boil, stir and simmer a little until soft. Remove the mixture from heating and pour into a bowl. Divide the dough into two parts, one larger than the other. Place the smaller portion in the refrigerator. Roll out most of the dough into a layer according to your shape. Place in the mold and pierce with a fork. Pour apricot mixture on top. Distribute over dough. Roll out a smaller part of the dough into a layer and cut into strips. Make a braid on top of the pie. Place the pie in the oven at 180'C until golden brown, about 30 minutes, depending on your oven.
